Put them together, in a wood fired oven, and you have perfection.If you like rubbery fried calamari, don't order it here. The calamari is tender, as it should be. “We recently held a 40th birthday party at Four Brothers. They were great! John was very helpful during the planning process. On The day of the event the entire staff was helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating of our needs. The food was excellent. We had choices of NY strip, Salmon, and chicken parm. Hearing from all of our guests, all food choices were excellent. We highly recommend this establishment for your next party. It’s also a great spot to go for a meal any day.“

“We traveled to NY from Alabama and after leaving the city, driving the Taconic Pkwy up to Albany, we happened to stop in this quaint town. We decided on pizza for lunch and were not disappointed. The owner was amazingly nice and friendly. The pizza was AMAZING!!! Thank you for serving us today! Excellent!!!!!“

“First time there. The food was good, the portions were large and the staff were very friendly and polite but with that being said, the service wasn't all that great. Drove up from the Bronx and even though it was enjoyable, I won't be going back. Why? Because I hate to be "nickel & dimed" ...I never question prices. I order what I want but when the check is upwards of $70 but I see I was charged for both cups of coffee, it's a turn-off! A little advice: let your customers be aware that there are no free refills on a cup of coffee instead of surprising them with a $10 charge for coffee. Good luck!“

Kayleigh, our server, bartender, and restaurant manager, was the highlight of our visit. Her friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. “Great pizza prob the best in town for sure but I tried ordering pizza 3 times this month and the pizza maker wasn't there and found a private party.. or whatever. Odd they don't have someone else who makes pies. The woman at the front desk is very kind. The slice website they use to place orders doesn't reflect their availability.“
