I’m happy to see this location on a positive upswing again. A girlfriend and I have been frequenting this location for years for weekly coffee and when it comes to a big chain store like Starbucks, the management is really key. Patrick runs a tight ship and it’s refreshing to see a manager dedicated to customer service again.While I do enjoy this location, it doesn’t seem to have aged as well as other Starbucks in the NY and CT area. The bar certainly isn’t large enough for the influx of orders and the seating leaves little to be desired. Bistro style tables and a massive table in the center of the restaurant just seem wasteful when seating is always hard to come by. And I can’t help but think that some design tweaks would alter this store from “good” to “great.”If you’re in the area and don’t mind a location without a drive thru, definitely stop in. The customer service is really the best thing this store has going for it.

Patrick is the best!!!!! His energy is so welcoming and he’s so very nice to us every time we are there. I also have observed his interactions with other customers as well and he’s so kind and welcoming to everyone. Not gonna lie I sometimes just come here for Patrick’s energy because it always makes me smile.

Wanted to give a shout out to Patrick for showing the kind of customer service that's become all too rare. When I first walked up to check if my drink was on the counter, Patrick asked what my name was and when I told him, despite not being the one working the hot drink station, he knew mine hadn't been made yet. As I stepped back to wait, a group of teens walked in and started looking through the orders and again Patrick asked one of them, who was not finding her's, what her name was. When she told him he helped her locate it. She did not thank him, which is an example of the lack of civility people have which Patrick is fighting bravely against. ? As I left, I made sure to tell Patrick he was awesome. I hope that made up for the other person's rudeness and gave him some fuel for that wonderful positivity the world needs more of, and this Starbucks is a better place for having.

The consumables are consistent. The staff is tasked in what I would call 'excess waste ' organization... too compartmentalized for a simple retail establishment; clearly a corporate/owner issue.

Not sure if this is a corporate thing or a store specific issue but 3 or 4 people came in, after me, ordered and picked up their stuff up before me. These were not even mobile orders. Manager needs to oversee workflow at this location. Also who gives priority to mobile over people who are waiting in the store ? Dumbest thing ever.

This location is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The baristas are so kind and treat me like family every time I walk through the door. They are also great at communicating with customers and very pleasant to work with.The food is always fresh and delicious. Their drinks are by far my favorite, they have always been made correctly and within a reasonable amount of time. The atmosphere is always very clean and super relaxing. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks to anyone and everyone! :)

Ciara the manager who is there is a nasty woman I used to work for Starbucks in Mount Kisco she was so mean to me that when I told her that this job wasn't for me I told her can I finish the week please she got rid of me and I have bills to pay and this was in 2020 and her shift leader Cecelia was being really mean to me someone told me that I was making her job 10 times harder well sorry that I'm not a good barista and you want to know something Cecelia and Kiara I work for your competitors now I work for Dunkin' and those people have the time to train and teach me they yelled at me a lot for making mistakes well sorry at first you don't succeed try try again you know but that doesn't work at Starbucks not with Cecelia and Kiara I couldn't even enter the Mount Kisco store for a good while I recently started going there because they hired a whole new group of people that are so kind and I feel safe going into Starbucks now I'm not surrounded by mean shift leaders and a mean manager if I was Kiara or Cecelia and I saw somebody that struggled with the job I would give them all the attention I could give them and I am a person with learning difficulties and I went to a job to do barista job work at their competitors because there competitors have the heart and soul to teach me so thank you to Dunkin' Donuts and on top of that Kiara called me when I wrote a review on Google she should've never called me after I wrote that review she should've deleted the telephone number of mine what the heck why do you still have my number that makes no sense I don't work for you anymore you should delete that number unless you have something important for me like a tax form I called corporate and complain about this but I'm never going into the caramel store again sorry that I have to give this review

Had a bad experience this morning, lady staff was really rude, I guess they don’t like to make decaf hot coffee, for healthy reasons this is the only coffee I can drink. She let it sat there for a long time and it was cold.. they just make you wait for so long hoping that you’ll never ask again for a decaf coffee..
