Patrick is the best!!!!! His energy is so welcoming and he’s so very nice to us every time we are there. I also have observed his interactions with other customers as well and he’s so kind and welcoming to everyone. Not gonna lie I sometimes just come here for Patrick’s energy because it always makes me smile.
Wanted to give a shout out to Patrick for showing the kind of customer service that's become all too rare. When I first walked up to check if my drink was on the counter, Patrick asked what my name was and when I told him, despite not being the one working the hot drink station, he knew mine hadn't been made yet. I’m happy to see this location on a positive upswing again. A girlfriend and I have been frequenting this location for years for weekly coffee and when it comes to a big chain store like Starbucks, the management is really key.
