I’m happy to see this location on a positive upswing again. A girlfriend and I have been frequenting this location for years for weekly coffee and when it comes to a big chain store like Starbucks, the management is really key. Patrick runs a tight ship and it’s refreshing to see a manager dedicated to customer service again.While I do enjoy this location, it doesn’t seem to have aged as well as other Starbucks in the NY and CT area. Patrick is the best!!!!! His energy is so welcoming and he’s so very nice to us every time we are there. I also have observed his interactions with other customers as well and he’s so kind and welcoming to everyone. Not gonna lie I sometimes just come here for Patrick’s energy because it always makes me smile.
Wanted to give a shout out to Patrick for showing the kind of customer service that's become all too rare.
