.54cents for SAUCE?! My meal was awful. Im gonna start paying and ordering food then when they denie me sauce ill start asking for a refund. Why would i want my fries without bbq and sandwiche without ranch and ghost pepper i dint even wanna eat at wendys anymore. Why they hell im paying extra dollar for two lil cups of sauce better rack em up

Never have I been so infuriated by this location. I injured my foot and asked my wife to get me an order from them. She spends $15 dollars asking the drive thru TWICE for a plain junior bacon cheeseburger plain and they screwed that up by giving me everything plus MAYO and didnât have the nerve to leave the receipt in the bag to report this issue. So here I am saying this is unacceptable and the years of being here this is not okay. I expect sympathy of my order being correct than wrong. I will be going to corporate once I recover.

There seems to be a serious language barrier at this location. The service is awful. The window to pay didn't have someone attending it, then they missed HALF of our order. This has happened more than once and for me this was the last straw.

Went and got 3 biggie bags for my kids. Tried to use rewards points for something else. The cashier couldnât figure out how to do it. Tried to use an app coupon for a burger. She couldnât figure out how to do that.Both times just kept repeating âit came up a pennyâ whatever that means. Went home and gave kids food. There were no fries. They forgot all 3 orders. Tried calling restaurant. Got a cell phone that said it wasnât accepting calls. Called corporate number. They said they would give me $15 credit for meals on the app. But they couldnât figure out how to do it. Had me uninstall app and reinstall, try all sorts of things. After 15 min I gave up. Just not going there again. As a bonus all 3 kids got sick and threw up from the food.
Shout out to this location for being super fast, efficient, and accurate! I came through the line super fast and with a correct order (usually people donât believe me when I say I want a plain burger - plain, yâall)! Way to go, you guys. You do a great job!
