We had an amazing time. 20 guys ice fishing during the day hanging at the bar in the evening. Live entertainment on Saturday. We are coming back.
Great place!!!!! 20 guys ice fishing!
Great place, staff was awesome. Pizzas were great. Local Stump City beer (lager AND IPA) was fabulous. Looking forward to next trip back.
On December 13th through 15th, 2024, I led a wonderful "Holiday Getaway Stress Relief Retreat" at Pine Lake Lodge with five amazing guests and myself! When we arrived, the Pine Lake Lodge was decorated with wonderful holiday lights and magnificent decorations that made us feel at home during the holiday season. It was like walking into a Winter Wonderland! Thanks to Kim!! Dan's wife. Just perfect for our get away during the holidays!

Having the very first wellness retreat at Pine Lake Lodge in Caroga, New York was an honor and such a pleasure!
Each and every guest was extremely pleased with their very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the entire lodge, including the bathrooms and the lovely captivating living area and the fun pool table room! Yes we even played pool on our mindfulness retreat. :)
I myself, enjoyed some meditative time in the wee 3 am hours of the morning in the comfy, cozy living room with the beautiful illuminated Christmas tree with its lights and lovely ornaments, as I pondered life and had some truly precious moments of quiet time in the silence of the glowing beams of hope on the tree. This honestly was an incredibly peaceful time of reflection for me.
We enjoyed the tremendous dining room table for 20 people, that sat us easily, and also allowed us to do our journaling and creative work making memorable votive candles with decoupage during the mindfulness retreat in such an amazing magical atmosphere. Along with the three season huge porch next to the humongous bar; we enjoyed so many wonderful memories!
We did entertain ourselves in the bar area for some tranquil Reiki Energy sessions and at night a little prosecco toast to commemorate the beginning of our journey to release stress during the holiday season!
I thoroughly enjoyed the time at the PLL, as did all of my guests. I was able to share with them a beautiful swag bag full of fantastic goodies. As a gift to them for joining me, they received a silk lavender eye pillow and beautiful amethyst heart for them to carry in their pocket, along with some essential oil scented hand cream and lip balm, and a beautiful leather bound journal with a positive saying on it and a pen for them to chronicle their journey while at the Pine Lake Lodge during the retreat and long after.
Pine Lake Lodge held the perfect setting for this holiday getaway! My only regret... is that it was too short of time and I wish we would have stayed for a total of four nights; because two nights was not enough.
Check in and check out we're very easily accomplished and anything we needed, the hosts, Jeff and Dan were able to accommodate us with. It was lovely to meet Dan's wife, Kim, as she also joined us in the enchanted winter Wonderland living room for a little fun holiday meet and greet!
As a Mindfulness, Reiki and Well-Being retreat leader, I would highly recommend Pine Lake Lodge in Caroga, NY for any type of yoga, creative, or any spiritual wellness retreat!

The Pine Lake Lodge was the PERFECT place for our family to get together for a long weekend to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The living room is huge and extremely cozy for everyone to hang out together, the kitchen had plenty of space for all the food we brought, and we all appreciated that most of the bedrooms had private bathrooms😜 The most unique part of the experience we loved was the partnership the lodge has with Stump City Brewing. Our main spaces and bedrooms were closed off from the bar area Saturday from 11-7, opening up the bar to the public. Stump City came with great drinks, supplies to make delicious, fresh pizzas, and booked an amazing musician for live music. They were also quick to clean up at 7:00 and left the space spotless. We will be booking more family trips in the future and cannot wait to come back!!
I had the most amazing experience with colleagues for a work retreat at Pine Lake Lodge. This was an experience that was carefully curated by the owners to ensure we had a night that felt special for all of us. Each of the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and cozy. We slept later than expected- a testament for the comfortable bed we had! I’m so grateful for the lifelong memories that were created here. We’re thinking about hosting a family reunion here next year as there’s plenty of room for the family to stay and spread out. I can’t say enough about this place. For a memorable experience that goes beyond the usual b&b, Dan and The Pine Lake Lodge won’t disappoint!!
An incredible space that made our holiday dinner extra special. The layout and accommodations gave us the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the company of our colleagues. It was so nice to take a break from work and enjoy a wonderful meal/drinks together. Our host, Dan gave us overall just a 10/10 experience. Thanks again Dan!
Had a great Retreat here with 5 girls. The
feeling of coziness and being home was
my first impression. The place was nice
and warm waiting for our arrival. It was 9
degrees out so the heat already on was
great. When we were unloading the cars
we walking into the kitchen that was very
wel supplied for cooking, with a great
size fridge for storing supplies. It was a
restaurant so that explains why it was so
big. The great thing was the fact almost
ever bedroom had a bathroom with
shower. For 5 girls this was GREAT.
Enough room here for a great big group
anytime of year. They supplied
boardgames and even one that you can
use on the TV. Can go wrong choosing this place to vacation.

Beautiful house! Very comfy beds and lovely accommodations.
We just had our wedding here Saturday and let me tell you it was absolutely perfect. The inside and outdoor tiki bar was amazing and the rooms upstairs for my bridal party was very convenient. The common room was perfect for hair and makeup as well as the huge TV. The kitchen worked well for my chef and the outdoor area was enough room for a 40x100 tent as well as an arbor near the tree line. We brought in two porta potties. Dan and his wife and Jeff were amazing host and even stopped by to make sure our day was how it should have been. We couldn’t be more grateful for Pine lake lodge and the host. The coffee bar , pool table and massive refrigerator/ two freezers were very accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better “venue”
When my husband and I decided to get married we needed to find a venue that could accommodate around 100 people but we wanted a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere than the places we were finding. We were expecting mostly out of town guests that we wanted to impress with the beautiful area we live in. Luckily my mom discovered Pine Lake Lodge was now an Airbnb. It was the perfect location for a very magical celebration. It is very spacious and decorated with just the right amount of Adirondack decor. The largest of the 3 bars was the most preferred hangout spot but there were many options! The backyard was the perfect spot for our ceremony and reception. It had plenty of room for our large tent and was already set up with multiple outdoor activities. The common living area was super cozy and there was plenty of seating spread throughout the downstairs which made us feel as though we were entertaining in our own home. There are many cozy beds upstairs as well as tons of room for air mattresses both upstairs and downstairs.it was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. multiple people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to and my family is already discussing a return trip to vacation with family and friends. we can’t wait to enjoy this place without a “wedding to do list” .
If you are looking for a getaway, you must try Pine Lake Lodge. Steve and I attended a leadership retreat and it snowed all night. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, great time with friends, and such a warm cozy evening .
Had the most incredible time here as our base camp for the 2024 eclipse. Hosts were extremely helpful and communicative about things and kind. The house itself is awesome, great place for a big crew. Excellent sound proofing from the downstairs bars and living room and such to the bedrooms upstairs — we were up late every night with crews easily able to go to bed whenever. With the pool table, darts, fire pit, great hiking, massive couches, incredible kitchen, and massive dining set up we were always accommodated and comfortable. And you never even thought about checking your phone for internet ? Can’t wait to come back — wishing we could have stayed forever.
