I have to leave this review because this was the best dunkin I have ever had. Carmen made our visit incredible from the drive through to when we finished our meals. She was kind, helpful, and our food tasted PERFECT!! We ordered a chocolate chip muffin, everything bagel bites, and an egg and cheese croissant. I would love for you to move this store to directly next to my house. Please and thank you :)Vegetarian options: Egg and cheese croissant is a hit! So are the everything stuffed bagel minis!

I ordered a lemonade with flavoring and they didn't even put it in , I also ordered a ice coffee for my co worker and he had to wait 5 minutes or longer because they didn't even have our doughnuts ready when he got there, so he had to get someones attention . It definitely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering when you still have to wait for your order . Normally I'm a big fan but I am pissed!!!!

My uncle haddint had a good bowel movement in months so I took him here to get some coffee after we went to get tacobell he destroyed the toilet but the food was good 10/10

This Dunkin' sports the slowest and rudest associates I have ever seen. The service is so slow you have to take a snickers with you to wait for your order. And while you are waiting for something as readily available as Munchkins your are asked what are you waiting for in a rude and demanding tone.

Usually, I am a big fan of this location. They have been closed for about a month now for renovations, and I went back for my first usual drink from my favorite location. I usually get an iced matcha with oatmilk, and the drink takes a few extra seconds to mix the matcha in. I saw my drink through the window and it was white with huge chunks of matcha powder in it. I asked for it to be mixed more. She remade one, and it was literally perfect. The girl was obviously annoyed about it and "gave me a word of advice" that the matcha takes longer to mix in oatmilk vs regular milk in a super snarky tone. Cool, it may take an extra few seconds but obviously it's not impossible. If I'm paying for a drink I don't think that it's too much to ask for it to be properly mixed. She was super rude and it definitely made me change the way I see this place. Really wish that the hardest part of my job was taking an extra 20 seconds to mix in a powder.
This is NOT A Dunkin’s, anyone from New England would flip out over their service. It appears online orders have priority. And everyone will wait
