I give it a 4. It's a nice Dunkin Donuts in my opinion. Definitely enjoy sitting at the Dunkin and get a nice cup of iced coffee. Place is pretty neat and tidy as well. Staff for the most part very cooperative and friendly. As always, everyone has their days but often it is a pleasure to go to Dunkin.
Usually stop there a few times a week, usually order Our stuff ahead of time, pretty much ready every time.
Never had an issue with my order, staff is super friendly; yes service might be “slow” but it’s the only chain coffee place within a decent drive, so cut the staff some slack! Carthage Dunkin is always my go to and love it!
