I have to leave this review because this was the best dunkin I have ever had. Carmen made our visit incredible from the drive through to when we finished our meals. She was kind, helpful, and our food tasted PERFECT!! We ordered a chocolate chip muffin, everything bagel bites, and an egg and cheese croissant. First of all,I have been to many D&DBut this one here is extremely slow,4poeple working,seems like none of them can take the task at hand without stopping every 30 seconds to chit chat with each otherJust make my order,now mind you,it took 9 min to get a simple ice coffee mocha,and no cars we ahead of me in the drive throughSmh

5 stars for staff as they are always nice. -1 star for manager who says the staff can’t have tips. I purposely took out money to tip staff and the girl said she couldn’t take my tip!! My son is a team lead/Asst manager at a Dunkin and says this is poor management on Carthage’s part because staff can make $400 a mo extra on tips. So let us tip! It’s my money!! You’re obviously a troll and I don’t know how your staff stay
