Nom noms and I like to nom nom
Stopped at this establishment tonight for some dessert and when picking up my order I asked why the chocolate shake was so dark because normally it’s almost vanilla. The girl at the window was very rude about it and just said that it’s the way it’s made. I explained that I’ve ordered them multiple times and it’s never that chocolatey.

Got a double quarter pound from there last night, when I got home to eat it, both burgers were very raw, so in the trash the food went... very disappointed in the quality of the way food is cooked over there... this is not the 1st time I have gotten undered cooked food from there... but this is why I won't be going to this fast food place again ...

The staff was friendly, pleasant, and cheerful. However, other times, customers have received cold and soggy fries, which weren't hot. Some staff members have been heard talking trash in the back about larger orders. The tables and floors needed a cleaning. Despite the frustrations, the restaurant can still deliver edible food, but it seems to depend on the day and the crew working.
