Two of us asked for ice coffee with cream. First person said- it doesn’t even taste like coffee. Then I tried mine- he was right.. tasted like iced milk. We both were disappointed as we had dumped it out. Undrinkable. Maybe they had a new employee who didn’t understand the ratio. It wasn’t our first visit there., I’ll give it a try next time and stay there until I know it meets their standard before driving off .

When this Dunkin first went into the old car wash it was decent service was like others but now it’s in bearable the wait times have been upwards of 35 minutes inside or outside

Drive thu was worse then the city on South av that takes a few minutes This took 10 or so and I honked horn no movement at all I had to be some place to pick up people at 11 already there at fifteen minutes to waiting I had to drive off WITHOUT MY COFFEE maybe they better close it and have everyone come in

I ordered here everyday the service is horrible I I mobile order so it should be ready when I get there nope I wait like 20 mins everyday with not one customer to be seen this is why fast food show be minimum wage there is no skill set needed to ignore you job
