Ordered food prior to breakfast closing when I got there at the counter I was told that I could not get the breakfast food I ordered because they had not made it and they do not make it before you come to the drive-thru which is not stated in the app in any disclaimer I am very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. However I will be holding a sign protesting this store.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is always rude and ignores you, the food is usually late or the order is incorrect. Most times I order on the mobile app and select curbside only for them not to bring it to me and mark it as complete. You go inside and they all hide in the kitchen and won’t come to the front yet alone the cash register because they expect everything to be ordered through the kiosk so that they don’t have to interact with you. Use to be a great McDonald’s but unfortunately is horrendous now especially when it comes to service.

We were headed to Northern New York and needed some breakfast so we found this McDonald's was the closest thing from the highway that was open. It was the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in and the people working the counter were so polite.
