We just hosted our holiday party here tonight and it was absolutely wonderful from the service to the food. Growing up Italian American and very picky about Italian food, this is really an excellent restaurant. Everyone had an amazing time and I can’t wait to go back. Their desserts are also outrageously good. Grateful to have them in the community.

We Heard about this restaurant and decided to try it, Best decisión!! We loved their homemade bread,friend calamary was delicious,chicken francese, shrimp scampi and My kids had spaghetti with meatballs, we had tiramisú and tartufo. Overall food is excelent, prices are good, most of all we felt very welcomed with our kids , ladies working there were very Nice and out waitress personality and work ethic was fabolous. Thanks also to the kitchen staff . We Will be back for sure

Only two hosts were at the front. We asked for a table, and they kept saying, “Give me one minute.” We waited over 10 minutes before they offered us bar seat but no one even brought a menu. We asked about getting food to-go and got zero response. After sitting there for another 15 minutes with no attention, they finally told us that takeout would take over an hour. Ridiculous. We left, of course.

came to the catskills for a little getaway and saw piccolos was near where i was staying. i’m so glad i came here. our host, carolee was absolutely amazing. accommodated us when there was no more seating in the main room and made sure we felt like we were getting the full treatment. then our server, heather, went above and beyond to make sure we were served promptly when they realized we weren’t assigned a server and waited for alittle bit. just as she promised, food came out in about 20 minutes. everything was TOP TIER. we got the chicken parm, penne alla piccolo, and lasagna. each dish was just out of this world simply a 10/10. totally recommend all 3 if you’re in a big party. i will definitely be coming here again whenever im in the catskills. carolee and heather are the best!!!! ❤️

The food was great and the service was friendly. We had the shrimp fra diavolo and spaghetti with meatballs. My husband is big eater and we both had leftovers for the next day. We were happy we stumbled upon this place during our travels.

unfortunately my interaction with Megan completely changed my view of this place. It’s always surprising when someone who seems so unhappy in their role ends up being the face of a business. Extremely short temper and terrible attitude from the start. God forbid you have a question. The experience left a bad taste in our mouth, and judging by other feedback, it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one.
Edit: after reading through some of the owner responses to honest reviews, it’s a little insane a business runs like this when it comes to genuine feedback, some of them come across unhinged, if you want to be entertained please take a look. Based on the tone, it almost feels like Megan herself is responding, or that everyone on the team carries the same attitude. As a business, if multiple customers are raising the same complaint, wouldn’t you take that as constructive criticism and address it? At this point it feels either ignored or Megan must be family. Either way, it makes you wonder what kind of ship they’re running here, luckily the food is decent.

Anything made with their water including the iced tea tastes like bleach. It’s very bad and im shocked they don’t do something about it. It’s un- drinkable. Two separate occasions after having a pre entree salad a waitress removed the fork from the salad plate covered in dressing and placed it directly on the table. One time the waitress directed me to lick it clean. I complained in a review, owner said they’d correct it, and for some reason they still can’t, by default provide a separate fork for the salad. For an establishment Thats trying to be high end, these little things are shocking to see.
