Five stars all around..!! Super clean retro vibe eating joint with simple menu with daily specials, will customize your plate if asked, food and service is top notch. The waitresses are great, prices are very fair, and the atmosphere is super family friendly. I recommend the chicken fried steak for breakfast.. EAT THERE..!! YUM..!!
A very nice small hometown diner. They have been in existence for 60 + years. A favorite breakfast ( served all day ) I've gotten is gravy n biscuits, toast, juice n coffee, all served hot. Pancake's a specialty....Parking on street.Wheelchair accessibility: New sidewalk, curb friendly.

So I was on Warren street in downtown Hudson and googled the best pancakes and ended up finding Lindsay’s the food was definitely worth the drive but the service was incredible! The waitress was so happy, kind, and attentive. Not to mention the prices are great, so you can sample a few different options and not break the bank! This place is GEM! Thank you Athena for a wonderful experience!
