“The staff is super friendly! They let us in early and allowed us to have a drink in their garden. The garden has a number of fountains and is tucked away from the rest of the city, giving you a very private feel. The staff was so kind they even brought a bubble machine for our toddler to play with while relaxed!“
“This Thanksgiving we decided to sit back, relax, and let some else do the cooking. After ordering from here, i don’t think I’ll ever cook again. The turkey is the best I’ve had. We have enough for leftovers for a week. Definitely recommend for anyone next year!“

“Our adult children, from Brooklyn and upstate, and I, were excited to plan a surprise birthday luncheon for their Dad and my husband. The atmosphere was nice enough, and our server, Cat, was outstanding! The drinks were nice but they ran out of a beer we ordered by 1:30 pm on Saturday. Otherwise, aming a party of six, we had 4 beers, 2 Juice Bombs, 2 Health Margaritas, a glass of Chardonnay, and 3 other drinks...a total of 2 drinks per person. To start we ordered a plate of raw oysters and deep fried artichokes. Both choices were fine. We also ordered 3 Salad Nicoises which were a huge disappointment and should have been renamed, A Small Smattering 0f Tiny Greens With A Hint Of Dried Tuna, Whole Intact Garlic Clove, a 3 Discolored Green Beans Marinated in Vinegare with 2 Baby Potatos. If you were envisioning a classic Salad Nicoise, buyer beware. A 3 ounce portion of seared medium rare tuna or oil packed canned tuna, together with hard boiled eggs, Nicoise olives, and tomatoes with vinagrette were missing in action. The salad appeared to have been pepared with an eye to the least amount of preoaration“

“FIRST of all best food and bakery I've ever been too in Greene county! Absolutely relaxing vibe inside with a lot of healthy but delicious options! There is ALSO now a beautiful little spot outside for the nicer weather days!I love the variety of offers on foods and baked goods! I equally love there is some consistency to the menu itself but also flavors of the weeks and specials that change weekly so I am ALWAYS getting to try new things! I have NEVER met a person working here that wasn't filled with cheer or super helpful and sweet! The owners are some of the most down to earth and kindest people I've met! "CHRISSY" is literally one of my favorite humans alive! I NORMALLY try to support local, but THIS place is dangerously addictive. I CANT recommend it more. The almond croissants specifically are to die for! The sandwiches and breads are absolutely delightful! 1000/10 recommend! Bring a friend, come have lunch, or a snack!Worth EVERY single penny and then some! Whenever someone I know is having a hard day or me personally, my answer to brighten their spirits is ALWAYS a bite from SEE AND BE, and if they're NOT currently home, I ALWAYS leave an almond croissant or flavor of the week wrapped and bagged ( and tied)on their porch ( so the critters CANT get to it because there is NOTHING an almond croissant from SEE and BE CANT fix! I don't normally brag about places, but coming from someone who eats their feelings on the regular SEE and BE is a place I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face and a happy belly! EVERYTHING is homemade with love and ALWAYS sits so nice in my belly! There is a whole section inside of take home goodies like jams and loafs of bread and trail mixes ECT. It's expanded my knowledge on food, as well as absolutely surpassed what I thought was good eating here in Greene county!!!!! If you've read THIS far on my essay I urge you to go to Main Street in Cairo and try ANYTHING on the menu! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! I promise! “What a vibe. We came in the winter and felt soooo cozy! The food, cocktails and wine were excellent! I am so pleased with our meal.Service is relaxed, no kids menu.
Kid-friendliness: No kids menu, current menu has a real adult focus. However, there was lots of things to look at and explore, so my kids had a good time.“

I also rent from him-• MY OPINIONS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PERSONAL LIFE- ITS ALL MY TRUTH AND MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES •I came in for a job from someone who knows the owner Vitaliy- she lived in one of his apartments years ago and was telling me about how great of a person he is and how he has a few gigs and I’d enjoy working for him. So I went and filled an application out for the Home Health Care Aide and I did my interviews and met with the manager Brooke and started not to soon after- one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was going in and filling the application out - Vitaliy and his managers Brooke and Julie are all the best people to work for! They actually acknowledged me not even a month into working for him about how good I’m doing - that meant everything to me, the fact that they pay attention and care about their employees and clients and also customers is a beautiful rare thing.The restaurant is a very homey place. I’m new and my husband is a veteran and he has a hard time being around people and even he loves it. My kids love going to play ping pong while the adults play pool and listen to music. It’s just an amazing atmosphere with people who make you feel like your family. My family lost everything to hurricane Ian in Florida and had to move back and the employees AND THE CUSTOMERS ( I’m telling you once you meet them and they like you and you them it’s a family - they look out for each other!! ) all rallied up to make sure we have what we needed for our apartment.I am a very outspoken, outgoing, blunt, rare individual and I’m very opinionated- I would not lie to anyone about anything- but I PROMISE you that you will love the Bar/Restaurant and everyone inside it.Thank You to everyone for making us feel welcomed! It means so much to us.You guys rock!“

“besides having a great staff and great homemade cooking, there is something charming about it. this is a very clean place unlike other places I have visited. the owners will come out and speak with the customers if they have time. there is something magical about it. it's like going back in time. the locals love it, and the out of towners always return.“

“We often go to Valley Harvest when we don't feel like cooking. Great salads and decent sandwiches - the hot dog is good too. The best thing about this place is the ice cream. Micro batches of really unique flavors. A word of caution - it does take a while for the food - lots of locals call ahead for orders or do take-out. Otherwise it's a favorite!“

“Although time has left this place behind inside and out, there’s a certain local feel to this place, as unassuming as its name. I had a great burger—“One-eyed”—a bacon cheese burger topped with a fried egg done over easy. The burger was flame broiled for nice flavor, with real crispy bacon. Fries were hot and crispy. Only the bun was subpar, a bit dry. Prices were decent and good value, though charging nearly $4 for soda was excessive. Service was excellent and friendly. Definitely will return to try other dishes.“
