Profound, Delicious, Perplexing, Mind Boggling, Life-Altering, Magical, and FUN!

This experience was all showmanship. The food was good, bit no better than any other well reviewed fine dining. The seasoning and herbs ( mostly violet he had foraged) on every dish tasted exactly the same. One customer said she couldn't drink the tree sap and asked for water and Damon told her it wouldn't taste any different - why then source sap if it tastes just like your tap water?

Everyone should get a chance, just hope another Chef steps up and follows in Damon’s path and continues the legacy of food that he has been able to put out. Would hate to see this experience, talent & knowledge be lost.
