“This is a great low key coffee shop with excellent vegan and gluten free options - a true gem in the area. The coffee was good, the service was great, and the vegan and gluten free "puffs" were excellent. Highly recommend grabbing some of those along with whatever you order. We got the rice bowl (V, GF) and cashew cream cheese toast (they also have gluten free bread) and the vegetable platter, which is three small bowls of kraut, all of which were great. Plenty of space for groups here and enough tables to come and do work. If we lived here we would definitely be regulars.“

“Can't speak about the beer, but the cranberry spritz and cranberry mule were delicious! Overall, I was happy with our food. I just wish the service was a bit faster but looked like they were short staffed. Regardless, I'd return.“

“I have a LOT to say about my stay here at Crystal Brook Mountain Brauhaus Resort. I came here for a solo weekend getaway to explore the Catskills and I would absolutely return here every time. When I checked in with Wendy, I could tell my stay would be very welcoming. She was very friendly and informative as to what the resort offers and she even gave me suggestions for nearby hiking trails. The lounge area is neatly designed, with a piano and photos littered all over the walls. It almost feels as if you're in someone's home. Very cozy. When I got to my room I was a little surprised with how small it was, albeit being exactly what I wanted. This may not suit everyone, so just be sure you understand what you're paying for. It's a bit antiquated with a nice charm and simplicity to it. I had no problems with the setup (especially considering how clean it was) other than having to drink the water from the faucet. Wendy assured me that it was clean and that's the way it is there, and it tastes fine, but I want to just put that out there. The wifi can also be a bit spotty, which personally I didn't care because I was there to get away from it all. But for those of you who absolutely need a strong internet connection, bear that in mind, especially since cellular service can be limited in certain spots out in the mountains. There's a pool nearby available for use, alongside the fantastic Mountain Brauhaus restaurant and some small trails only a walk's distance away. Breakfast is provided every morning from 8 to 10 and the food is cooked per order. You can get as much as you want and best believe I took advantage of that . The food was very tasty and had different offerings each morning to keep it interesting. The restaurant (not included) is the primary dinner offering. It's German styling is wonderful and I really liked that the staff also wear German outfits. I had gotten one of the German beers, their special which was a Rouladen, and a Plum Cake for dessert. The beer was crisp and refreshing. The Rouladen and the Plum Cake were FANTASTIC and I cleaned my plate fully. Portions were very fair. Overall I absolutely loved my stay at Crystal Brook Resort. The only thing that threw me off was the drinking water situation and the iffy WiFi, but even that can be overlooked considering the cost to stay here. I think everything was affordable and proved to be worth every penny. Definitely going to return here when I come back to the Catskills.“

“My partner and I’s favorite place to go! It’s close by, service is always great. Food is always amazing. I recommend the Monte Rouge breakfast sandwich and the Greek wrap. My partner loves the classic crispy chicken sandwich. The staff is always so friendly and working so hard! Bobs is usually pretty busy, but they keep up! We come here at least once a week to eat in and we get takeout once a week from here too. 10/10 recommend!Parking: Small parking lot around exterior of building. There is an extra lot across street. Or street parkingKid-friendliness: Has kids menu and coloring and crayonsWheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp on street level“

“Upscale pub atmosphere with very friendly and genuine service. Across the board the food is incredible - extremely flavorful and complex making for an exciting dining experience. The half chicken dish is simply unbelievable - in a class of its own.If there were any disappointments it was only because many other dishes performed so well. My tacos are great on their own but will not be the stars of the show. The maple ice cream is very good but a bit strongly flavored for the end of the night. We will return, probably many more times.“

“This place is pretty cool! My fiancé and I stopped here on a long drive and loved it. The Chana masala and Chana saag were really great and the vegetable samosa were some of the best I’ve had. The guy’s father was the chef and he prepares it every morning and the guy just cooks it in the truck when you order it. His mom makes the samosas. There are little tables out in front of the truck to sit at if you want to stop to enjoy the food. A++Vegetarian options: The Chana masala, Chana saag, and samosas were both really great vegetarian dishes“

“I ate here for brunch, and the food was delicious! The restaurant has a cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was extremely busy as there was a show happening so it took a while for us to get our food. However it was not an issue for us as we were not in a rush and the prosecco kept flowing!“

“The food is good and fresh, but was/is lacking some flavor. It just does not have that punch that you look for with Chinese takeout. The crab Rangoon tho is the best I had.The streamed dumplings were kinda bland but the dipping sauce made them better.Overall, this restaurant is good but not the best.“
“I love eating at this beautiful tavern that has gorgeous hand painted murals on all the walls. Their fish and chips are the best I've had anywhere. Their oysters are amazing, hopefully they will bring back the pear puree. Once they even had garlic free oyster stew that was better than anything I've had even at the shore. The entire staff was gracious and welcoming.“

“The idea of Chinese food is pretty much ordering, picking up and going. Which this place is with its service. Place is kinda cozy on it own. A door which leads to the dine in area and a window frame which you can order what you want. Food follows the same idea of a Chinese Restaurant.Parking: Parking spaces on all sides. Most park closest to the store of choice.“

“Lindsay's is my absolute favorite breakfast spot. Anytime family comes to visit, it's a nice Sunday morning to eat out or it's been too long of a night we go to Lindsay's. Even when they are slammed the food comes out perfect, and the wait staff are courteous. I wholeheartedly recommend Lindsay's to anyone who wants a delicious meal for a reasonable price.“
