Not my first review of this fabulous restaurant and it won’t be my last! Pico de Gallo was my first choice for my birthday dinner and it never disappoints! Perfect margarita and guacamole with house made crisp chips. Dinner was vegetable enchiladas filled with broccoli, mushrooms, carrots and cauliflower floret. Pico is ABSOLUTELY worth the trip!!! We are lucky to live just up the road from Pico, but we have family come in from Denver and Paris and you know what the first place is they always want to dine? Pico de Gallo! Everyone says it's the best Mexican food they've ever had. The staff are so wonderful; the view is gorgeous. I feel so lucky have this place in our community.
