I personally love Angels Pizza in Cairo, NY. Been ordering from them for 10 years!!!! Now, don’t get me wrong there has been times an order wasn’t right, or I wasn’t happy with a meal. But!!! They have always been good to me as a customer! They will correct the issue make sure I’m happy and fed! Very disappointed in our recent visit. Our server was wonderful, although very overwhelmed-she was the only one on with a restaurant full. Ordered appetizers, pizza, and dinner entree. Pizza came out first. Apps came out at least 15 minutes later. We waited a short time for the entree which did not come out. We finally asked how much longer and she said she would go check. Today we had a celebration of life after ceremony in the banquet room at Angel's. We chose our buffet menu from an extensive list of incredible food. We had guests attend from upstate and from Maine and we all agreed that the staff at Angel's not only prepared exquisite food but they were beyond helpful, kind, considerate and went the extra mile to create an atmosphere that allowed us laughter, memories shared, some tears, fellowship and absolutely full tummies.
