I ordered a calzone. With sausage pepperoni and meatball. It was absolutely delicious stuff right up we ordered a small plane Pizza that was awesome keep up the good work

I called November 29th at about 7:45pm, very politely asked if they had any chocolate cannoli shells. The lady on the phone should NOT be in food service or taking anyone’s order with the way she asked me to repeat myself. She could not hear what I said and very disrespectfully said “chocolate WHAT?” Me and my sister both stopped in our tracks as we were not expecting the rude tone as I was EXTREMELY nice to her. First time calling and will be my last.

The type of dining experience that ruins the rest of your day.

To be clear, this experience and subsequent review is based solely on the service we received from the waitress who was on shift. Another gal arrived towards the end of our time at the restaurant who seemed friendly and competent.

We entered the restaurant, asked if they were serving breakfast, the waitress said she didn’t know. After a moment she made her way to the kitchen to ask, answer was yes and we were seated.

The food came out and it was immediately clear that the order was wrong. I waited for her to come to the table but she didn’t (she was at the register eating pizza). I went to the register to tell her the omelet was supposed to have cheese, sour cream salsa, but was just cilantro and egg (shouldn’t she have noticed that before taking the plate to the table?). She said “So you just want some sour cream and salsa? Some shredded cheese?” She took my plate and returned with sour cream and salsa and some unmelted shredded cheese scattered atop the now-cold omelette. I didn’t eat it, she didn’t care, made no effort to apologize or take it off the bill. We did notice on the order ticket that it was she who had entered the order incorrectly; it was not the cook staff who was at fault in any way.

Anyways we won’t be back. I suggest the management assumes the position of a paying guest at their own restaurant, see what they think of the service.

Highly Disappointed by Inconsistent Delivery Policy and Poor Service
​I am writing this review as a long-time customer of Stella's Pizza, and unfortunately, today's interaction has guaranteed that I will not be ordering from here again.
​For months, Stella's has consistently delivered to my address in the Athens area without any issues. I even had 2 blts delivered yesterday. The drivers have been great, and the product itself has always been reliable.
​Today, however, when I called ahead to reserve a delivery for dinner, the person who answered the phone initially stated that they do not deliver this far. I explained that I have been a consistent delivery customer for several months.
​The employee then abruptly changed her story, stating that not only would there be a new $5 delivery fee, but that I was also required to give a tip.
​The issue here is not the delivery fee itself, but the unacceptable combination of a sudden, inconsistent change in policy and the demand for a mandatory gratuity. A tip is earned based on service, not required as a condition of sale, and the customer service displayed during this conversation was frankly disappointing.
​This is a failure of communication and consistency. If policies have changed, long-term customers should be notified, not told conflicting information on the spot. It's a shame that such a confusing and rude encounter has completely lost a loyal customer.
​I recommend management address these inconsistent delivery zones and communication issues immediately.

The first time I ever ordered here it was awful. The chicken was not fully cooked and the pizza was soggy but they had just opened so I figured I would give it some time to see if they improved . Seven months later I decided to try again . I ordered online and they received my order and took my money yet when I arrived to pick up my order , not only did the woman at the counter ignore me to take care of some dirty dishes that were just left on the counter but my order had not been filled. She then went to the kitchen window to speak with the cook only to turn back to me and say “yeahhh he didn’t see your order so it we’ll be like another 20 mins”. No apologies were offered for the inconvenience the over all experience was sub par to any other pizza place in the area . To add insult to injury it was slow so to have such a mix up with no sign of care for the situation ensures this we’ll be my last order here

No online catering menu. So, I called today. Wanted information about catering. Needed 3 or 6 foot sub for weekend. Server had to place me on hold to ask. Fine, came back and said what do you need? Italian combo, how much I ask? Server frustration evident. On hold again, then they hang up on me as if they didn't want to bother. Maybe a dinner rush, who knows. You could have taken my number and called me back. I have stopped in once or twice a week for a slice or two since they opened with many of their football specials I have ordered on Sundays. That's over! Sorry, figure out what it is you want us to experience as your guest.

Really really disappointed! Food is decent but their service is the worst. Third time ordering takeout and third time a complete mess! Orders are all wrong and no sense of responsibility, urgency or apologies. I mean spending at least 70$ each time, not 10 bucks. They need a decent manager

The waitresses are amazing! They have invested well and have awesome Cooks all the time. Management is awesome! Relaxed and safe environment. The food is absolutely delicious the flavor is perfection and no complaints on portion size. Worth the investment always a delicious meal. The Food is always hot never had a problem. awesome food selections and desserts for the whole family. They also have a nice bar and karaoke entertainment. 😜🎉🍹🍻🎤🎛️ 😁 Also extremely clean. The restrooms are also very clean 🫧 and all areas are appropriate for wheelchairs, scooters, and for the blind.🧑‍🦽🧑‍🦼🧑‍🦯Plenty of parking.

Well from I believe 12 to 2:00 every day they have a pizza special two slices and a soda for $5 the people who work there seem very nice the chicken Parmesan dinner was fantastic a big portion of real chicken not a patty

Good evening I just ate at this restaurant today. In Catskill, New York The service is very slow. They spend more time on the phone then they do taking care of the customer sitting at their tables

It was my first time here. The one in Catskill with my granddaughter a little upset. My granddaughter loves pickles so she ordered chicken noodle soup, french fries with extra pickles So I asked a waitress. Was there any pickles? This is what she says. I do believe so so I open up the bag. Guess what? No pickles 🥒 I ordered for myself Philly steak and cheese with extra hot peppers 🌶️ and a side order onion rings. So when I got home there was no hot peppers on my Philly steak and cheese. Besides that it was good. I couldn't complain about that but the problem is when you get food to go and your order is not right, it really really kicks you off. This is my advice to them when people order something to go, double check or triple check and make sure the order is right. If it's not right. Guess what? People are not going to come back to your business
