Love this place!!!

I just went in to get my yogurt fix, and I as chatting with the teenager running the register. Her hands were shaking because a customer just came in before me, yelling about how the hot fudge came out too quickly, and she only wanted a little, so she wanted to throw the whole thing out rather than remove the amount of hot fudge she didn’t want. She scared the girl, who is lovely (and her name is Melissa) and said she was going to rate and report this poor girl poorly. So if that person comes on here to do that and sees this comment, I would like to shame her for being a bully. This is just a teenager trying to do her job. She doesn’t control the rate of hot fudge dispensing. What’s wrong with you?

Worst service ever do not buy here
I was taking some ice cream then the owner screamed at me because I was spilling out a little bit that would've have spilled and cost absolutely nothing he came over to me and he said what the hell are you doing that cost money and screamed at me for 2 minutes worst service ever but good ie cream when you come here go to the owner man qnd give him a nice smack in the face for me thank you

If you ever want to get stolen from in broad daylight, this is the place. $15 for a large cup of frozen yogurt…..? Not over flowing, no toppings, halfway up… outrageous. Never going back.

Very good ice cream

I bought a boba drink here hoping it wouldn’t be too complicated considering it’s a popular drink and they have it on the menu-
when we went to pay the lady who works here clearly didn’t understand English very well and there was a lot of confusion-

my way of dealing with this was smiling and understanding that this happens- her way was giving me a nasty look and proceeding to roll her eyes at me, the drink I ordered was way too sweet with boba that just wasn’t good, i ordered the blueberry drink with blueberry boba…

Went at 10:30 pm to get an açaí bowl and was told I couldn’t get one because he already put away all the toppings, even though the store closes at 11. Extremely disappointed.
