I just went in to get my yogurt fix, and I as chatting with the teenager running the register. Her hands were shaking because a customer just came in before me, yelling about how the hot fudge came out too quickly, and she only wanted a little, so she wanted to throw the whole thing out rather than remove the amount of hot fudge she didn’t want. I bought a boba drink here hoping it wouldn’t be too complicated considering it’s a popular drink and they have it on the menu-
when we went to pay the lady who works here clearly didn’t understand English very well and there was a lot of confusion-

my way of dealing with this was smiling and understanding that this happens- her way was giving me a nasty look and proceeding to roll her eyes at me, the drink I ordered was way too sweet with boba...
