This place cares about one thing and only one thing and that’s making great food. If you can get with their program you’ll get along just fine, there’s a reason folks line up for 45 minutes.
Service is long and unpleasant; pricing is high and almost gouging. Bagels are great and so is appetizing, but their service is no longer cute. They are rude, obnoxious and slow. There are other options in the neighborhood.

I really like the new ownership. The new owner is really sweet and has created a inviting and friendly atmosphere in the store. Besides for their bagels and appetizers, they have really good coffee that you can buy by the pound. I highly recommend trying the vanilla or German coffee.
