This is arguably the best ice cream shop in Suffolk County, and certainly the top Cold Stone location. The staff are exceptionally friendly and patient. I recently purchased an ice cream cake for an event, and when I encountered some issues with it the following day, the management team, specifically Azhar, handled the situation very professionally. He went above and beyond by providing a replacement cake upon our departure. Such attentive management fosters customer loyalty....
This is my first time trying cold stone in this location and the employees were so friendly and store looks so clean and the service is fast i got chocolate devotion which was really delicious. all tho the management was very good, must visit this place absolutely worth it.
