We used to buy from this restaurant a lot. Lately, though, their food has been lacking. Just tonight I had a hankering for either coconut shrimp or coconut chicken. Thinking I would end up with cooked tails on my shrimp (past experience) I decided to order the chicken. Needless to say, the sauce tasted great. Otherwise, I can't tell you how the chicken was, as there were almost NO pieces of chicken in the fried breading. There were tiny pieces that were dried to "stringy" things, and 2 ir 3 moist bites, but other than those, there was nothing but fried, very hard, crunchy breading pieces. Such a huge disappointment. After all of the business we've given them, seems, sadly, it's time to find a new Chinese restaurant. This was the last straw (or dried, stringy chicken, as it were) for paying a bit of money for non-enjoyable food!

First time ordering from this place. Food hot and not overly drenched in sauces. Did not taste like the sauce was out of a jar. Large size egg rolls. Portions sizes good!

This restaurant is excellent! The interior design is beautiful and the food is made quickly. I ordered egg drop soup and fried dumplings. The egg drop soup had perfect consistency. The staff is very friendly as well. I will definitely come back in the future.

Ordered dinner here last night. I asked if I could switch the egg rolls for wonton soup. No problem. I also made sure the fried rice had no egg or bean sprouts, which it didn't.. I go and pick up the 2 meals and it's $26. It seems that I was uncharged for the soup. No mention of that when I placed the order. I also asked for an extra bag of noodle for the soup ....up charge$.80. I didn't have enough money on me to cover the bill. I told them I was unaware of the up charges and they told me that there is always an up charge. I told them I have never been here before. So I told them to keep the soup and noodles and just give me the egg rolls. They opened the bag, which was already stapled shut and did as I asked. Most places (not chinese) would have said keep it just remember next time. So the customer service was lacking. I should have been told upfront about the up charge and then at that time would have decided what to do. I also would have brought more money. Also the fried rice has peas and carrots in it. Wish I would have known, Don't eat either.

Let me say I've ordered from this restaurant for about 8+ years. Longtime customers, we have spent $50+ on each order about every other week or so for years... now fast forward to the incident that transpired and sadly why I will NEVER order from them again. Placed an order and when the older man came to deliver the food mind you I let them know PRIOR on the phone that I had $100 bill so they would bring change accordingly, he was unprepared and visibly was struggling with making the proper change. He was pulling multiple folded stacks from one pocket to the other and back again AND his wallet, taking money from the one and then the other. Our bill was $57 and change I handed him the $100 bill and he handed me back $42 (after 5 mins of counting) no exaggeration. I handed him $7 as a tip and that was it. I'm eating my dinner when I notice I have about eight or nine missed phone calls from an odd number and when I get on the phone it is the delivery man telling me that he gave me an extra $20. I said no because I had counted the money which he then started to talk over me and told me yes he did so as a courtesy and because I really just wanted him to be at ease I double checked and let him know that no he did give me a proper change to which he then proceeded to tell me again that I had the extra $20. I said once again I don't when he once again interrupts me and goes " you said yes, you were about to tell me" basically implying that I was about to confess I had the money? ? My confusion and anger at this point are really mounting. I said listen it's not my fault YOU were moving money from one pocket to the other? And miscounted or misplaced $20. I also have you on camera during the entire thing since I have a ring camera and then his is tune changed. He accused me of lying and having it. I am not a bad person and I have ordered from them for a long time if they had given me extra $ I would've GLADLY given them back the money.. I would've done that for a stranger on the street. Never will I order from them again.
The food comes hot and so does the drivers temper beware. I placed an order and paid with my card over the phone, included a nice tip for an around the block drop off less than a five minute drive. Driver rolls up and walks to my door furiously slamming my food down on drive way screaming "what you don't like to tip". I said I tipped you when I called in order. The guy stormed away and called his office as he was walking away. Last time I will have them deliver my food... please sign up for door dash if your going to have your own driver drop off orders like this to someone's house.
