Spice workshop 椒房 Reviews
Food is amazing. Best Chinese food in the area.
Hands down the BEST chinese/szechuan restaurant in Long Island. I've been to many restaurants in Flushing and Manhattan and I gotta say that Spice Workshops food is even better than some of those restaurants. The flavor is very authentic to what szechuan food is suppose to be. My recommendation for ordering:
- Fish on spicy oil
- Shredded pig feet with peppers
- Cabbage
- Sweet and sour fried crispy pork
- Hunan beef with green peppers

One of the best Mapo Tofu in Suffolk County. Hot but not scorching. Flavorful enough to taste and not hidden by the spices.

Spice Workshop 椒房 offers a wide range of options on its menu, serving authentic Chinese and Chinese-American dishes. Favorites include kung pao chicken, fish fillet in spicy sauce, dan dan noodles, and spicy popcorn chicken. The food is flavorful and cooked to perfection, with fast and friendly service. The restaurant has a rustic charm and provides a great dine-in experience, though the prices are more reflective of fine dining. Customers have praised the use of spice in dishes like the spicy fish fillet and noted that the chicken with garlic sauce is very good. While some dishes, such as veg lo mein, may need improvement, many find it to be the best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk county. The staff is attentive and speaks both Mandarin and English, adding to the authentic feel of the place.
