Clean store with good employees. The food is consistently good and so is the staff. This is my favorite Popeyes.

I went to Popeyes Chicken on April 9, 2026 and I would give it a rating of a less than zero if I could. Service and food were both terrible. I ordered chicken and two shrimp boxes. The chicken they gave me was overcooked and dry with dark burn spots on it has you can see in the photo. It tasted terrible and was falling apart when I picked it up, I wound up throwing it in the garbage. When I got to the window, they told me they were still cooking the shrimp and asked me to pull up saying it would take another 4 minutes to cook. No problem, those 4 minutes turned into another 24 minutes. Cars that were on line after me, who were asked to pull over also were getting their food before me. I had to yell out to the employee outside where my food was and he said he would check on it. They obviously forgot about me, because when I did get the shrimp, I had another receipt in the bag that said receipt reprinted. Shrimp appeared to be undercooked and also landed up in the garbage. If this establishment was looking for a bad review, congratulations folks! You got your wish come true. Never again will you see me at Popeyes. Terrible experience all ways around.

Fried Pickles were amazing!! Bone in chicken wings barely had any meat, almost all breading. Mashed potatoes barely had gravy. One of the most expensive fast food places.

Popeyes food is disgusting, the chicken tenders are fake lab grow grown chicken. I almost threw up when I saw it.

I just want to say thank you for the lady at the window who is always kind and nice. She is VERY nice, giving me smiles.

In the past I encountered an issue with the manager (not this lady at the window), which I wrote about, but by virtue of the lady at the window I am editing out that review.
