I have been going to centereach location for more than 5 yrs they were great there till recently they got a new manager. This new manager does not know costumer politeness I never had any issues getting the extra caramel added to the cup till he decided that we can not customize drinks. He was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I have never had any issues with anyone till he arrived.
