I was very disappointed in my experience at this specific Starbucks since it is the only one in this shopping center. I waited almost 40 minutes on a line with 10 people ahead of me. When I got my drink, I was super disappointed because it tasted nothing like a caramel macchiato. I ask the barista to fix the drink for me and he asked me how he should fixed it which baffled me even more since it is his job to know how to prepare it. Came here after a long day at work the staff did an amazing job at making my day better. They were very kind and helpful. overall the store was very clean and my experience at this location was the absolute best !

Ordered 2 coffees of the exact sane ingredients, one was perfectly made. The other however, was just plain boiling hot coffee, no sweetener, caramel, just a slight amount of pumpkin spice. There's not even seating inside, now that it's cold outside, sitting out on cold metal chairs isn't ideal.
