Drive through is a waste of time. Slowest place I’ve ever been. Food was not horrible but took 20 minutes. Real slow. Maybe understaffed or something but slow.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve been to a BK. Let’s face it , they’ve all gone down hill. NOT THIS ONE! Everything was hot and fresh , exactly as ordered. The dark haired manager was on it !

I went to Burger King just after 9 pm on 3/30/25 and although all the lights were on as I went to order from the outside speaker a recorded voice (so it seemed) said they were closed. According to the website they were supposed to be open until 11 pm . Employees were standing outside hanging out talking. Found it to be odd!

The wopper meal was good. My wife is a celiac so she brought her own food. She did want a hot tea, but they dont have hot tea on the menu. Which she can get at McDonald's and Chic Fillet. I liked the fries as they are bigger than the McDonald's fries.

I chose to order on tge app then dine in. Manager was pleasant. They actually brought the food to my table. The fries were fresh and hot. The Whopper was COLD. I was busy and I did not have time to reorder. The manager asked how tge meal was and I told her. She gave me a coupon for a free Whopper.
She is a great part of this Carrols team. Kudos to her!

That place was disgusting..not one table could I find that didn't have spilled soda crumbs and sauce ..so grabbed a bag and left to eat at home..get home and didn't get a thing we ordered correct..iam beyond mad..and wasn't given a receipt. Spent 34$ the next time I have to go to that store iam going to give them a piece of my mind

They accidentally made my granddaughters order wrong, she is very picky in what she eats. They corrected it without any hesitation, didn't act, you know the way people act now, that you're bothering them. They did a great job during a very busy time of the day to accommodate her.

Manager won't stop rolling her eyes at us when we come through..we added on a small fry and she rolled her eyes and slammed the bag down. Get a life!
