It was very slow getting the food. My order was incorrect, but I didn't say anything cause I figured it would take another 20 mins to get my corrected food so I just ate the burgers and pulled the pickles off myself.

BK in Central Square, NY is a staple of our community! You can't find better customer service anywhere else or with any other franchise. If I had to choose one fast food restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life it would be this building, with these people, and their managers. This location is nothing short of top notch!

It's sad to say because this actually was one of my absolute favorite, fast food, chains growing up. And for the longest time it seemed like the service was amazing. They were attentive and on the money and just really cared about your order. Now every time we go in there, it feels like something is changed. It does not feel like it is the same our orders take forever to get people don't respond when we talk to them, and it just does not seem as welcoming as it did before. The food is still good as far as fast food goes and you can tell that they are trying as an organization to keep up with the Joneses as they say as far as food quality. The ambience is OK. It's a fast food restaurant so it's not a place to go out for a date unless it's just a quick date, it's not like a fine dining establishment but it's nice overall. I would say if there's one thing that you as a manager would need to work on it's your crew and getting them to respond better to their customers. It would make that place go a lot further than it is. Thank you for listening.
Ordered a spicy chicken wrap and it came wrapped in a cheese burger wrapper in the shape of a sqaure. And it's was old chicken.

Cold food, took 20 minutes, got half eaten wrap horrid place. Flies crawling around. Put cheese on my burger when I asked not to. Ran out of ketchup and gave me warm packets instead. Coke was watershed down. Sprite tastes like Sierra mist.
