Almost everytime I go I spend the extra money to get almond milk instead of regular milk, not to be cute but as a dietary restriction, this is now the 3rd time my latte has been made with regular milk instead of almond, on top of it all it's more milk then latte as it is - $6 literally down the drain. The food is good, I just wouldn't get beverages here.

Great Location for a fast grab n go drive up. Just not at peak hours. They could use a few more peeps on duty to proccess orders, especially when the driveup is backed up out to the road.Parking: Parking can be difficult at peak hours as drive up getts backed up. But other wise easy parking.
I can't believe you guys ask for tips when you make 16.00an hour .I guess we should start tippin at all places that make 16.00an hour. Tips are for servers that make 8.35 an hour not 16.00.i think you guys have a lot of nerve to ask for tips at your wages some people that go there makes less than you and you want more.

Called in for my application 10 times this week and either no one answers or there’s never a hiring manager there. Got an answer this morning and was hung up on. The service here sucks !! Get better employees who actually want to do their jobs !
Drive thru- friendly enough, although the person that took our order was not the person that delivered the order..RUDE RUDE RUDE, part of the order was missing acted like we were a bother to address. The snackin bacon- cold & greasy, the sandwich looked ok on the outside, on the inside the sausage was over cooked and rubbery. I am not asking for Michelin-starred service only the food I ordered cooked correctly. The prices keep going up but the quality down. Please do better for the next patron as I will be going to BK or McDonald's moving forward.

It's a Dunkin, so what can you say?It is the only Dunkin I've found that has cruller donuts. The person at the counter though...dang, get that girl some personality or get her off the counter.
