Just came in here to buy a gift card for my mother who comes here all the time and I can tell you I will never be coming here and will never be getting her a gift card from here again. I walk in, go to the bar, and the male bar tender looks at me like I am some sort of weirdo dirtbag. I stand there, he walks up in front me, looks at me again like l am a dirtbag, but since he is in front of me looking at me and...you know...works there, I begin asking him if I can buy a gift card. He gives me an asshole side eye and walks away as I am mid sentence. The girl who ended up helping me was VERY VERY nice, but....he ruined it for you. Must be I am either not "hot" enough or not enough of a regular there to be treated with decency.

I was very pleased all around. Great company and attentive service. I ordered the steak tacos and they were amazing! I love the Jake’s law and order. If you don’t know what it is, you’ll have to visit to find out (read the board). 5 Stars!!

Went here for a Fund Raising Event. Live music, all three different musicians were very good! The woman bartending was very good with her service and suggestions. The food served had delicious chicken (not sure how it was prepared but very tasty and moist). The salad prep had a lot of extras, but I didn't care for either of the dressings. And I loved the fact that they separated the meat sauce from the pasta, in case someone didn't want it (it was very good).

Had reception after sons funeral there. It is down by the water in brewerton the food was great the service was even better. Very caring bunch of people and will have a large event there again.
We just celebrated my Mother-in-law's 80th birthday party in the banquet room at Jake's, and if I could give more stars, I would. The room is huge and beautiful and was set up before we arrived to finish prepping for the guests. Jake paid careful attention to all the details and requests, and made planning an event with 60 people so easy. The food was amazing with plenty to go around and take home, and the compliments on the food were constant throughout the party and after. Heather and Chelsea were rock stars and never skipped a beat! The party could not have gone more smoothly, and we couldn't have done that without them. Thank you to everyone at Jake's for giving my mother-in-law a day she will never forget. Book them for your next event, you will be thankful you did!

I had some tacos at Jakes in Brewerton NY last Tuesday, and I can't stop thinking about them. The wings, the burgers, all top quality. Staff is top notch. The food is very good, high-quality ingredients you can tell they put thought into developing the recipes. There is not a bar with better food that I've been to around here. If you've never been to Jakes, do yourself a favor and stop there.
