Ordered a sheet and 20 wings Christmas eve at 2:40pm to beat the rush. Estimated delivery was 3:55pm. Order showed up at 5:30pm. Pizza was dried out from sitting on top of oven for way too long.....10 guests very disappointed in the quality...called to express concern and was responded to with "a sorry "

Pizza and wings where great! I had a problem with my order and they quickly corrected it and gave me a discount on my order for the the issue, food was well worth the wait!
They charge $4.00 for delivery. It took about an hour and a half to get our food and it was stone cold. We ordered a large garlic pizza with tomatoes on it. Our bill was about $38.00 plus a tip, over 40 dollars. That is just crazy. Bye Joas.

Joa's Pizza is absolutely fantastic! Their charbroiled buffalo chicken wings were some of the best I've ever had—large, crispy on the outside, and perfectly juicy on the inside. The flavor was incredible and just the right amount of heat.
The pepperoni pizza was exceptional as well! It had the perfect balance of toppings and cheese, with a crispy, flavorful crust that tied it all together.
If you're looking for quality food and bold flavors, Joa's Pizza is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Well, been here several times. Had one questionable experience but the owner called me directly the next day. The fact that he took time to review what I mentioned and took time to look into to it and take action to me makes a lot of difference. Everyone can have a bad day from time to time. When you have an owner that took the time to look into an issue and then takes action and reaches out, in this day and age is a rare and truly respectable trait. We will be back again as the food has always been excellent.

I've been doing to Joa's since they were just the small little place in West Monroe. The food is always amazing and the staff is always so friendly! Prices are very decent too!
Eh, I've never been a fan of Joa's to be honest but since they moved the pizza has changed for the better. The sauce was good, the the crust was good, I feel like not enough people realize that good dough makes all the difference and it seems like they're using good dough. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the food was because of the wings, they put a coating on the wings and I'm just not fond of that. When you heavily sauce coated wings they get soggy and prefer crispy skin amd nice tender juicy meat. I will say the wings were a good size and they were tender and juicy. I would just prefer a non breaded option. Calling was crazy, I was put on hold for almost 8 minutes and when I got there I understood why... the young lady take calls was not good at using the POS at all. A young man came out and checked my order and brought it out and all that was done very timely. I will go back for the pizza, maybe try some unsauced wings. Overall I'd say they've improved since my last experience at Joa's.

When they're on wing night, their wings are delicious and from what I understand from other people, the food is fantastic well priced and a very comfortable place to be in. I love the wings, and I'm looking forward to going back.

By far hands down the worst meal ever. Had the meatball sub and the chicken Parm sub 1st off you don't use chicken tenders for a Parm sub and you should use real sub rolls so you can eat it how it is meant .the meatball fell through the bread and that roll should be called a half sub. I worked in pizza shops for years and the chicken Parm sub was an embarrassment. The bar area is dirty. Should order real chicken not tenders they are meant for appetizers.you should also let customers know that you use garlic bread for subs not all people like it.
