Crew training should be addressed, especially during crew change. Privious hour crew should at least finish crrent orders before leaving instead of just dumping them back log on incoming crew.

They never ever answer their phone so you’d better hope you don’t have any issues with your online orders. There’s no way to reach them. I get fast food places are busy but come on, you can’t be completely unavailable all the time for any kind of customer service.

We had a quick stop for couple burgers, just to fill us up. My son says that his 1/4 pounder was the best one he had ever had! I had literally one little chunk, and it was very good. So I don't know what you are doing but keep up the great work.

If you get fresh food from this location, it’s not what you ordered, and if it IS what you ordered, it’s cold. There is no win here lol I got a pie the other day and it was 8hours past the ENJOY BY time lol
Today we used the app for the first time and they still missed a sandwich. Then when you drive all the way back their only fix is giving you what you already paid for, not even an offer to make up for the gas, time and aggregation for dealing with their issues. Our order was very small.

This is not the first time I have had poor performance from the team and leadership at this McDonalds. Just 2 days ago at lunch time I went through the drive though and ordered my regular meal, a quarter pound no cheese large meal. I was asked to move forward because this burger is made fresh, but not this case. This order takes long and I always expect this. The order was brought out and one side of the burger was burnt, much darker that the exposed side. I had it returned and it almost came back out immediately, this was a surprise, again because I know it takes longer. I walked this one back in and showed it to the next person I could get and it was the supervisor, she was obviously upset, the burger again look very dark on one side and normal on the other, and was folded in half! No she was upset with me, "what do you want, remake it or refund it". I just told her forget it, she was upset that I had rejected 3 burgers in a row, not understanding that the quarter pounder takes more that how fast they were coming out. I was obvious to me that these were pre-made and over cooked, but he did not do her job and fix the problem, if I had gotten another one it would have been thrown at me probably. This is not the way this works, I have NEVER complained about how these are cooked, but not this team!

Worker at the 1st window was rude, 2nd one was nice. But I ended up having to throw away most of what I got as it tasted gross. Fries were refried at least 3 times before I got them. The burgers were way too salty and the chicken was cold. Will not

This restaurant was under staffed for the quality of people and orders that were in. The staff could not keep up with the demands. The orders took a long time but were hot. I'm sure under different circumstances the restaurant is like any other.
