Last two times they have messed up our order of 3 items and did not include sauce for sandwiches when asked and paid for. When called them, he said ‘sorry’. Will be going elsewhere.

No thank you! Sausage roll had nothing “roll” about it. Literally a piece of sausage sliced in half with some of the thinnest onions and peppers I’ve ever seen. Stuffed into a pocket of dough then burned into a perfect brick. Garlic knots hard as a rock and dry dry dry. And I think they missed the word GARLIC because that was non existent. Calzone was burnt and had some yummy foil stuck all over the bottom. 2 stars because the wings were decent.

I placed an order on Christmas Eve through Uber Eats, which is the only delivery option available to my location. The order included 36 wings and two pizzas—one pepperoni and one half pepperoni, half mushroom. When the order arrived, both pizzas were plain cheese.

I called the pizzeria around 4pm to determine whether I had made an ordering error or if the order had been mixed up. The person who answered the phone repeatedly barked “We’re closed” and repeatedly spoke over me telling me the business was closed (maybe just don't answer the phone?) until I was finally able to explain that I wasn’t calling to place an order, but because my existing order was incorrect.

I was then told this was my fault for ordering through a third-party app. He stated he could see that toppings were selected, but that they did not come through properly from Uber Eats. When I asked why no one had called me to clarify the order if you could tell something wasn't right with how the order came through, I was again told it was my problem for using a delivery service. I had no idea using an app that a business partners with means I do not get what I pay for or order.

Mistakes happen, especially on a busy holiday—but the complete lack of courtesy, accountability, or basic customer service is unacceptable. Had this situation been handled with even minimal professionalism, I would not be writing this review. Instead, the dismissive and rude manner in which I was spoken to left not only me, but everyone present at our family gathering, shocked.

This experience ensured the loss of our business, and everyone who witnessed the interaction agreed they would not order from here again. Extremely disappointing customer service.

Daniel and Alik are amazing. The best customer service ever! The food was great as always but the above and beyond was more than I could ever ask for. I would definitely recommend checking this place out.

We have been supporting Pavones since they came to Central Square. The food is very good. However, the telephone ordering experience has been terrible almost every time and picking up in the shop is not a friendly atmosphere.
Telephone: every time they are talking to others in the background while taking my order. It's noisy in the background, not only can I not hear them well, but I have to ask if they are speaking to me or someone else.
Atmosphere: brusque, abrupt, inappropriate. Conversation between co-workers is snarky/rude, and on our last visit (and possibly final), the f-bomb was used several times.
Very unfortunate, as your establishment is appreciated, but the sharp edges need a lot of work.
