This Taco Bell location has never really given me any problems, the staff is always friendly, the food is always good, and they're quick/efficient anytime I've gone, TODAY, hands down best experience, the food is PERFECT (breakfast burritos and hash browns 🤤), the staff is friendly and I was only in line 3 minutes - even with a car ahead of me and with my substitutions - shout out to the good people at Central Square Taco Bell!

So i placed an order with the app when I was 25 minutes from this location, because my thinking on it was that they won't make it until I pull up to the box. But then, about 2 minutes after I placed my order, the tracker showed it being made. Another minute after that, it said it was ready. When I got to this location 20 minutes later, the girl at the window already had a bag ready to go. I asked her if y'all stopped waiting to make orders when people Got to the location, because that obviously would affect when someone might want to place their order. This girl looked like a deer in headlights saying "well sometimes we make it a couple of minutes before" as if she wasn't handing me a tied up, sweaty plastic bag full of condensation. They definitely made it 20 minutes before I got there, because when I opened up my food just now it was all cold and soggy. Hand to god, not even lukewarm. I just dont know why they'd make it so early and then blatantly LIE like that to my face. WILD.

The entire experience from the time we walked in and out was great. The food was as expected. I guess the shocker was PRICE! We had 2 meals with included 3 tacos and a drink. I know prices have gone out of control, but WOW! These 2 meals of course with tax came to $23, 78.
No one in this place is competent. Every time we come here through the drive-through, we have to ask for a bag! Today we ordered 3 box meals. We asked if we could please have a bag with it. Instead of placing the boxes in a bag, they put each piece individually in a bag.
