If I go to the drive through order a small order on my phone ahead of time I don’t want to go park and come in see to get it . If it wasn’t for someone I would just leave and do a charge back Iike usual. The food here is trash quality anyways

I came through around 10 minutes before closing - despite the night shift being bad everyone working was so polite and kind to me, and I sincerely appreciated all of them!
I’m not sure what their names were, but they were there for the closing shift that ended at 1am nov 25th - they all deserve serious praise!!

The Taco Bell in Central Square is the best one I’ve ever been too. I just finished getting lunch with my wife and everything was hot, fresh and full! They don’t skimp on making sure you get what you’ve paid for. Sometimes going out to eat is a roll of the dice in terms of quality or experience but at this Taco Bell it is always 10/10. The staff are super friendly and patient every time. You guys are the stars. Please never change. You’re the best and make our drive from Sandy Creek so worth it.

This is by far the best Taco bell in the area. When compared to Fulton, or any taco bell in syracuse, they are just on their A game. I understand it's fastfood and customers suck, but nothing ruins even good fast food faster, than bad customer service which this Taco Bell does NOT have. Theyre great. Thanks for being a great Taco Bell with great good and customer service!

This is a joke… I ordered 2 soft taco supreme. They were a mess! All my spectrum was at one end in a glob! I ordered Cinnabon things and they gave me Cinnamon twists!! Absolutely ridiculous! They were rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying!! I will be calling corporate on Monday😡😡
Always on point - taco supreme hard or soft is my go to and this time I tried a chicken burrito and didn’t like it but that’s purely my tastebuds not yours.

Contrary to my recent review on the Oswego Taco Bell (which is a terrible place with disgusting food and staff that don't care) this Taco Bell really sets the standard for good food and service. I've gone to both places numerous times and it's really night and day. Staff are extra friendly and the food is FRESH and delicious. They should be using the Central Square Taco Bell as the standard for service at all of them. Special shoutout to Rob H (Geo). He's so friendly and was greeting everyone and checking in on them to ensure their food was good and made conversation. I don't know what position he's in but he's manager material, at least. Im sure if you need someone to fix the Oswego one and set a standard for excellence he's your guy.

Not bad prices. But trying to sit and eaten is ridiculous. No blinds .very bright . ( not sure if they even allow sit in ) ..but still food not bad .always room for tacos 🌮 😋.
