Only go there when necessary. Place is a mad house.
It's still the typical Walmart except with even fewer cashiers...1 lady was made to go wait in the extremely long lines as she had a full cart of groceries. Personally, I would've left the entire cart & went to a store 20 minutes away if that happened to me. She was punished for the corporations lack of service attention to their customers. GET RID OF SELF CHECKOUTS ALREADY!
It's Walmart... Unfortunately it's pretty much all that's in this area or I wouldn't bother... with that being said, it's a smaller Super Center and for some reason, they haven't figured out that the shelves and refrigerators should be stocked in the evening so that the items are readily available at the opening of the next day...
Always in and out
It just seems like things are scattered, and the employees act like they don't even want to be there.
Scheduled a 7am appointment, to have tires mounted and balance. I get there at 6:45am just to get told we can't do it until 10am. What an inconvenience, no professionalism what so ever. Luckily for them I can't give them less than a star. Why schedule people an appointment if your so called mechanics can't get to work on time.
Once major improvement is needed.
There are not enough Self Checkout registers open.
I only do pick- up. It is the best additional feature that Wal-Mart added to help through covid.
I stick to my list and only get what I need?
Great workers very clean store awesome look overall excellent
This is my local Walmart. 9 days ago, I went into Walmart to grab meds for Covid as well as some cash for a trip. I left that day with the meds, but accidentally left the $80 cash in the dispenser. I didn't notice what I had done until 3 days later when I looked in my wallet and there was no $80. Call it Covid brain fog I guess. Certainly can’t blame anyone, but myself. $80 isn’t the end of the world, so I accepted it and went on. I went back today (9 days later, after returning from my trip) after a friend suggested I at least inquire and asked if anyone had turned in the cash. I wasn’t honestly expecting much. They asked for my receipt which I eventually found and voila they had the $80 kept aside. I’m not sure whether it was another shopper or self checkout attendant that turned in the cash. What I do know is how impressed I am for Walmart documenting and holding the money in the first place. In a world of greed and dishonesty, kudos to everyone at Walmart in CSQ that made this possible.
Under construction/redesign the floor plan.

I always have a good experience going to Walmart. Most of the time I use the self checkouts and there's no line to wait in. The store I usually shop at is getting an upgrade and looking great.
Some things were out of stock but they had most of what we needed. Critical stuff was there!
Have to watch what you are buying. Larger quantity items are usually not cheaper per unit price. Went shopping today July 15 2024. It took longer to checkout than get half cart of food and other things.
9/19/2024, got thru very quickly today. 2 Lanes open and no one in line
They are doing construction and it is not clearly marked for the useable entrance.
Janet the team “leader” must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. Completely unprofessional, rude, and should take a refresher course on customer service. Would’ve never had this issue at Target ?
