Grapefruit spritzer!! RAVIOLI! lobster roll!! + Happy Servers too
I live in DC and from Poughkeepsie.. I went to this little boutique restaurant on Thursday and now Saturday .. it was fabulous both times I went! Ordered a bunch of food with my family the second time around and it was all so delicious and the prosecco was perfect!’ I totally recommend this spot! I will be definitely stopping by here in one of my trips again!!! 🙏 thank you! The commons needed a classy little joint like this!!!

Had the lobster roll and it was delicious! Super friendly staff too.
Had a girls day at the outlets and this was the perfect dinner. Drinks and food were amazing, the pasta was perfectly cooked and service was great. This will definitely be our new shopping break spot. The truffle pasta was my favorite, but we ordered a lot more and everything was delicious.

I was just passing by when I saw some people enjoying burrata cheese, and it looked so good that I walked in. I'm so glad I did! The restaurant is absolutely beautiful — from the stylish tables to the floor-to-ceiling windows, every detail is thoughtfully designed.
We ordered the burrata cheese and the meatball spaghetti. I asked for extra cheese, and it was generously added just right. I also requested the pasta to be fully cooked, and they did it perfectly. These small details really matter, and they got everything spot on.
Everything was plated beautifully, the service was friendly, and the food was incredibly delicious — it truly made me feel happy and satisfied. To be honest, many restaurants in this area are just average, but this one stands out in the best way.
You can even make a reservation in advance while shopping and come back later to dine — super convenient. And let me say, the chef here isn’t just someone who cooks for Instagram — they know what they’re doing. The food is made with real skill.
Highly recommended, especially for a date. This place is a gem!

A Sparkling Gem at Woodbury Commons!
If you’re looking for a perfect spot to relax after a day of shopping, Bollicine & Co. Champagne Bar at Woodbury Commons is a must-visit. The atmosphere is chic yet welcoming, making it an ideal place to unwind with a glass of bubbly.
What truly made our experience special was Angelica. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable about champagne but also passionate about helping us find the perfect selection. She took the time to explain different flavors, pairings, and the history behind each bottle, making the whole experience both fun and educational. Her warm and friendly personality made us feel right at home.
Whether you’re a champagne expert or just looking to enjoy a celebratory drink, this spot is a gem. If Angelica is serving, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Highly recommend stopping by!

Dine in style while shopping your styles! This pop up in the center of it all is the perfect rest stop for a bite and bubbles.
The champagne cocktails were superb. Gimlet Imperial is chefs kiss. And the Royal Paloma yummy! Interior decor is well appointed.
Kudos to the designer.
Our server and the manager were really great! Warm, thoughtful and personable service made this a stop not to pass up! Cheers!

I was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm as soon as I walked in. The aesthetic in the winter time is great (at least 7 different people stopped by to take pictures while I was having dinner), heaters are placed near all outdoor tables and line the entrance to the indoor seating. Indoor seating is warm for the cold winter days.
I have a dairy restriction and the staff knew the menu very well and were kind enough to accommodate without hesitation and I had a wonderful meal. While the indoor space is a little imitate, the staff is happy to engage in conversation or stay out of the way and provide service as needed.
Great views all around and great for people watching from the warmth of the space!

My Wife and I visited Bollicine on 10/21/2024. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli with my Wife ordering the Cesar salad. The Cesar salad came out watery with practically zero chicken. For a $22 salad, one would think there would at least be a full chicken breast. My Ravioli was disappointing at best. It was presented to me in a depressing lukewarm state that made me question why I was even spending my money here in the first place. The service was horrific, My waitress was apathetic and seemed as if she had better things to do. The manager Loomed in the back righthand corner of the restaurant my entire stay, I did not see him smile once. Overall I did not feel welcome or comfortable with my stay at Bollicine, If you want Italian food just go to Cosimo's.

This is a lovely addition to Woodbury dining. Excellent snack menu with salads, breads, simple noshes and pastas. Drink menu excellent. BUT far too understaffed for a Sunday afternoon at height of tourist season. Be prepared to WAIT (we spent 2 hrs at the table, barely had 2 drinks, we and every other patron were trying to flag down the clearly overworked server who was ALSO bussing and acting as hostess AND bartender). Was it worth it? Yes. Would I come again? Absolutely. But they definitely are going thru some good growing pains (being busier than expected).
