Great service, new location and they did their very best. Managers were very helpful and nice, and order was hot and fresh. They worked as fast as they could and helped me with questions about some items on the menu!
The food was obviously delicious but, I placed an online order around 1 pm. It was very busy which was understandable but the wait was extremely long (for fast food). I went in when the app said it should be ready and the order was not. I went back in about 5 minutes later and I see orders packed up behind the counter. There was only 1 person working the front & he seemed to be the owner/ manager, so I just waited my turn. They finally gave me my food, closed with stickers...
Went here for the 1st time on Monday October 7th 2024. We decided to try here because we never been to a popeyes before, and wanted to see how they were.
