This location not nice at all! When my mobile order was ready, I just wanted some hot water but they wanted me to make the physical line again after the virtual mobile line! Does that make sense at all? Or at least put up an option for water on the mobile app? Maybe?

Waited 10 minutes for the ptemade ice coffee. They didn't ask me if I want syrup or not so I expected the black coffee should have no sugar but I was wrong. The coffee was awfully sweet. The atore is dirty and the floor is sticky. Eventually, they simply pour coffee from a large cup to a median cup ... which can be done in 30 seconds ... but no one was taking my order so that's why I needed to wait for 10 minutes.

Really inneficient, wait is more than 20 mins. Staff is just wasting time around. Management should come and help the team.

4 people behind the cashier. Only one is taking orders from people and the other 3 making jokes.

When my coffee was ready no one called my name and I have to ask for it. It was ready for ten minutes and got cold.

The worst Starbucks I visited for sure.

When ordering coffee in person, it should not take 15min. Prioritizing mobile orders vs in person isn't cool.

The slowest service on the planet! I counted and the average check out time was 3 minutes per customer. I lost my lunch break waiting on the line. Unacceptable! Go to the food court. Starbucks is not worth the wait.

Made a mobile order to save time. People who walked in got their order before I did. Ended up waiting over 20 mins for them to make the wrong drink — having me wait even longer. Appreciate it team!

didn’t get a drink myself but was waiting with a friend who did and let me just say the workers here are fr hustling! there are tons of people and the baristas are getting thru the orders as fast as possible and accurately! even in the face of Karens they’re able to complete their jobs
