Made a mobile order to save time. People who walked in got their order before I did. Ended up waiting over 20 mins for them to make the wrong drink — having me wait even longer. Appreciate it team!

didn’t get a drink myself but was waiting with a friend who did and let me just say the workers here are fr hustling! there are tons of people and the baristas are getting thru the orders as fast as possible and accurately! even in the face of Karens they’re able to complete their jobs

Rude staff - Vale. I placed a mobile pick-up 15 mins ago, and it says it is taking 10-15 mins, and when I got here, they said they are running late and need another 20-30 mins. She said, “20-30mins? I really don’t know, you can refund tho ” and turned around. I mean, what the hell? It is ridiculous

The SLOWEST Starbucks ever. You order ahead, it takes about 10-15 minutes for them to accept your order then they’ll start making it. Service is subpar. Needs more people making drinks, there is always people waiting in line to order and to pick mobile orders. Reason why I stopped going here and go to Blank Street. Faster and friendlier service

Before you start shopping here, go to Starbucks and get that caffeine fix

The service was really fast. They should have some seating options inside as well. The space outside gets filled pretty fast and people dont even get up after they are done.

Most of the breakfast items were fresh as it was start of the day so enjoyed it thoroughly.

The Starbucks at Woodbury Premium Outlets is a much-needed stop, especially since there aren’t many coffee options around. It’s a convenient place to recharge while shopping, and the atmosphere is cozy and familiar, just like you'd expect from Starbucks.

The cortado I had was excellent — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Definitely a highlight.

That said, the service was on the slower side, both in taking orders and during billing. It seemed a bit understaffed for the amount of foot traffic. Still, if you’re not in a big rush, it’s a reliable spot to grab a quality coffee during your outlet spree. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good stopper amid shopping spree of Woodbury outlet malls
Ample sitting space out side ( inside no place to sit)
Very very busy during weekends and week off/holidays so better prebook the order on mobile and pick on the go.
