Enjoy a cup of warm coffee and a break upon arrival before the outlet opens.

Had an early morning decided to stop by this Starbucks. I arrived around 7:33, and the door was locked. I understand that sometimes businesses don't open when originally intended, but prior to approaching the business, one of the employees already approached the door to not open it. After waiting about 5 minutes, I decided to go back to my car to find another location. Only to my surprise to see someone walking out with a cup of coffee.... makes me wonder if the door was looked to prevent entry deliberately by the employee. It's o ly getting 2 stars because it's Starbucks but the service definitely sucks.

This is just some kind of horror. Every time I come here, I only see lazy workers who talk to each other instead of working. It wasn't too busy this morning but I still had to wait 20 minutes for my sandwich. All the previous visits were just as horrible as today's visit. I always have to ask the crew to redo my order because sometimes it can be served cold instead of hot

Slow, seemed overwhelmed when store is in high volume. They need to review their process particularly when it comes to balancing mobile and in store orders. Need staff retraining. Manager on duty that day was trying his best and emphatic. Sept 1st.

I understand this is the only Starbucks in the mall. But after driving for over half hour to the one inside the Target in Monroe and being told by the women behind the counter they were closed at 3:30, with an attitude; and driving to this location and have to wait another 20 minutes to get my order was not pleasant. Several people were being trained by various barristas. It would have made sense to try to get the orders out and go back to training when the line had gone down. But kudos 2 the 2 guys that were carrying the load and got our drinks right.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 15 years. I order for my staff on a monthly basis as a treat. The store would not come up. When I came to the store I let them know that it was not showing up on the app. They said “oh sorry, I don’t know, some people it works for and some people it doesn’t. So I kept downloading the app and deleting when they KNEW that all you had to do was be a rewards member and your online order would work.
Disgusting and rude. To go out of your way to not help is just weird.
I even said, I’m surprised corporate hasn’t stepped in to correct since that is so much business lost? Again. Shrugged shoulders and gave the face of I don’t know.
Hopefully this is taken care of

I don’t think I’ve ever had to leave a review for a Starbucks before, but here we are. Nasty customer service. Horrible attitudes. The worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

Stopped in to this location about an hour ago. The young girl that took my order and rang me up was very friendly and our exchange was great. While I stood off to the side waiting for my coffee, I watched as the barista (another young girl) start to prepare my coffee and show off to her coworkers how much sugar I asked for in my drink. Specifically pointing it out to all of them, to which one of them commented “that’s crazy”.
I do like my coffee on the sweet side and am typically not bothered by anyone who questions the amount. What does bother me is: this girl went out of her way to show everyone behind the counter while I stood right there.
Had the manager not been flustered by the giant hole in the ceiling, I would’ve had a conversation with him. Learn some manners. Next time you want to talk about the customers, make sure they’re not standing in front of you..

Only Starbucks in all of Woodbury common, very crowded. By the end of the day the store looked so messy with paper and tissues around the floor. But the baristas were working hard to hand out orders. All the bakery goods were still available. The Summer berry drink was excellent. Raspberry pearls burst was amazing.

The store has a huge closet of wonderful merchandise. There are seating area outside the store. Be prepared to wait for a while if you order during peak hours.

Vegetarian options: They have milk free drinks. There are vegetarian bakery goods too

Parking: Easier to park in garage then in the lots
