Dinner was absolutely delicious! We went for a post-Valentine's Saturday night. We have been here before but not in a while. The place was packed but we were seated right away at a very nice table. We started with a lump crabmeat cocktail and Oysters Rockefeller then we each had a filet mignon. I had the petit 8oz and my husband had the 12 oz. Owner Sergio who founded and owned Sparks Steakhouse in Manhattan brings his excellent meat cuts to us here in the Town of Cortlandt! Great selection of wines and cocktails and the complimentary home made grappa or anisette after dinner drink is the perfect way to finish your meal. Wonderful steak dinner for my husband's 57th birthday. Food was delicious. Our waiter was charming and very funny. Atmosphere was quiet and beautiful as we had dinner at 4 p.m. when the restaurant just opened. I recommend Hudson Valley Steakhouse to ALL.
