So, I have to vent here. After patronizing this iconic establishment for years, I've finally made the decision to move on to Byrne Dairy for my ice cream. Simply put, the ingredients used today at ICF are simply NOT the same as years past. They are cheaper less tasteful -- and not sure why. Regardless, I can say with 100% certainly that the soft serve today is somewhat tasteless, and the sprinkles are far too chalky. This is not a "snide" review or in any way intended to be snarky. It's just my experience after years of patronizing ICF, and then comparing the two more recently. Byrne is much more tasteful (real vanilla), and the sprinkles have actual chocolate. And Byrne is close to 1/2 the price! Sorry ICF, but to get my business back, something's got to change. My regrets. PS - I know no one at Byrne, nor do I work there!

Mehhhhh. Having huge portions doesn’t make the ice cream good. Soft serve was horrid last time went, think ponderosa. Stale soft sprinkles. The girls that work there are really nice & their tip jar always makes me laugh tho

Portions were large. $6 for a medium hard black cherry in a cup. If your looking for some really good black cherry ice cream this is the place.

Very good icecream friendly people until today when someone calling themselves the manager higher the prices with out saying anything. It's been the same price all summer now he said it's what he is charging doesn't matter what everyone else there is charging so you know who ever this clown is is just pocketing the money very disappointed in this place now

I brought my family that came up from Texas here because I grew up on there ice-cream and wanted to share the experience. The ice cream was good but I must say the service was rude. The young blonde was confused about our separate payments and had an attitude and walked away from the window. Another young dark haired girl with better manners had to cash us out.

Best ice cream in town! Long lines when it's really hot but otherwise pretty quick service. Plenty of parking in the back but not really anywhere to sit and enjoy your ice cream other than your car.
