Walked into 3 other people waiting for their orders but there’s only two people working. Food came out hot and delicious, definitely worth the wait. One of the best Chinese places I’ve been with very hard workers.

Food is good, but the kids that take the orders are rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately this will be my last trip as ordering dinner should not be such a headache.

Rude when ordering over the phone, and the food isn’t the greatest. It’s not the worst, but not good. I’d give the food like 2.5-3 stars, but the kid that answers the phone is so rude that I’d give them 0 stars if possible…. Order with caution

Staff was rude. Food was so bad we could not eat it. Order was incomplete and staff refused to correct it. Will warn away everyone I meet from now on to avoid this eatery like the modern plague.

The takeout food is the best , its my favorite place to eat Chinese. However the star rating I give is low because customer service is awful. Its usually a child who answers the phone and he is rude when he does not understand do to language barrier . I dred ordering from here everytime thats why I dont get it often and its truly one of my favorites I have been wanting it for 3 weeks now and finally gave in tonight while I was already in Champlain and this was a diffrent young man on the phone tonight who was literally telling me off because I said combination platter and he didnt hear for whatever reason . thw adults are usually so pleasant I always hope one of them the mom in particular will answer because I literally get so mad I dont want the food because they treat you so badly

We haven't been to this restaurant in many years. Thought we would try it again. The food was ok but not anything we would go back for. We used the website to place the order. We received an email confirmation but when we went to pick it up, it was more than the prices on the website. We were told that corporate handles that and that most people use a menu. We just want people to know that if you are traveling through, you can't go by the website for pricing. The people were nice and the food is ok.

Me and my family have gotten take out here a few times and idk what all the negative reviews are about. I’m pretty picky when it comes to Chinese food and I think this is pretty decent especially for the price. I would recommend.

A lot of the negative reviews seem to be centered around the buffet, which doesn't exist anymore. I've only ever had takeout and I think this is the best Chinese food in Clinton County. They have the best hot and sour soup I've ever had.

I ate here about a month and a half ago and left my wallet(I thought I called but apparently I didn’t) they left my wallet in tact and it made me happy to meet such honest people. The food tasted amazing!
