“My absolute favorite ice cream shop out of all I've ever been to. I started going here when they opened when I was a kid, and blue goo ice cream and rainbow sprinkles were my go to choices. Now I love the flavor burst raspberry and chocolate soft serve as a hand packed pint or quart. The ice cream is always fresh, and well, creamy! They also offer milkshakes, sundaes, banana splits, and more. I have not tried the food portion they offer, only the ice cream, but I can't wait for the first time in Spring when I drive by late in the day and see the pink neon glow surrounding the ice cream cone sign out front; makes me smile like a kid again!”

The pizza sizes range from S-10”, M-12” and L-14”. They have a decent sized menu ranging from pizzas, fresh cut deli meats, subs/grinders, snacks/desserts, and deli items. This has to be my favorite pizza restaurant in town. It’s a quaint shop, right on Lake Street, next to city hall and across from the post office/car wash. They’ve been in business for a long time. If you’re looking for a quality pizza, great and relatively quick service, or other deli items, I’d choose Sandy’s Deli.
