This place is unbelievable every order that I have placed they managed to get it wrong, from asking for ur basic muffin to a coffee. I haven given them chances many times and making excuses for them,such as well maybe they really busy in the mornings or just doesn't have enough ppl working at the rush times. It's nice to have a Tim Hortons in a little town like Hemmingford, however the service here is really terrible. I ordered a grilled cheese, it was ice cold when I received it, the cheese wasn't even melted. Part of the order was forgotten, and service was slow. Also, there is also no where to sit inside.

I have ordered different items several times and each time there is a problem. Not in the manufacturing but in the quality of the item itself. Muffins and dry donuts, a bagel barely toasted but hard as a rock, the bacon not very well cooked...
