This place is beautiful and the staff is first rate, but the food doesn’t cut it. I’ve been here twice (I always give restaurants at least two tries because anyone can have an off day). The first time I had hanger steak and the second I had stroganoff. The hanger steak was just not great, and that could have been a one-off.

But when you put something on your menu that is a traditional comfort dish, you shouldn’t try to fancify it too much. Cremini mushrooms or button mushrooms, quartered, not porcinis thinly sliced. Bagged egg noodles, not fresh linguini. And the beef has to be cut in thin strips and easy to eat…not cut into chunks and then pounded to death and still too tough to chew.

What a wonderful new addition to the area. My wife and I loved our dinner here last night and definitely plan to return again soon. The food and beverage, ambiance, and service were excellent. We especially enjoyed the Honey Goat Cheese Flatbread, Crispy Brussels Sprout, Marinated Hanger Steak, and the Falafel Bowl.

Vegetarian options: There are a lot of great vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options including: Starters such as Shiitake Bao Bun or Maitake Mushroom; Salads and Soups such as Black Kale & Couscous or House Salad; and Grain Bowls such as Falafel Bowl.

Restaurant has great energy and was packed— with very nice ambiance. The food was decent but def not worthy of the higher price points.. The service was just average which was surprising given the upper tier mark the restaurant is aiming for.. I recommend other restaurants when seeking premium dining options.

Second visit to this relatively new restaurant. 3 order mistakes and 2 of 4 dishes were not great. I understand that Bia is new but in order to get me to come back... that can't happen!

My boyfriend and I sat and had dinner at the bar, the experience was exceptional. From the freshly muddled strawberry and basil cocktail to the perfectly cooked filet mignon, and superb staff (erica!) the experience was fantastic. Definitely recommended!

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at this fantastic restaurant where my tastebuds were treated to a medley of flavors stsrting with the appetizers but the real star was the chilean sea bass served over a melt in your mouth risotto and a sweet n slicy sauce that was like a fiesta in my mouth. The atmosphere was romantic and the service extremely attentive without being intrusive!! Well done BIA, we will be back for dinner??

Tonight was my first time dining at Bia and safe to say I will be a returning customer! The atmosphere is great and the staff is all friendly. My best friend and I sat at the bar with Erica and she was AMAZING!! She recommended the Brussel Sprouts and she was right- they were fantastic! Our drinks were probably some of the best drinks I’ve ever had!!! The pumpkin espresso martini is THE best drink I’ve ever had (even better than the one at Starbucks Reserve). Thank you Erica for the incredible service and hospitality! :)

We went for our anniversary dinner, and it was a wonderful night thanks to Bia! The staff is friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed at all, the manager was extremely attentive, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was romantic and cozy. Highly recommend the spiced apple mule and the grass fed burrata burger! The Korean BBQ bao was also delicious. We loved every moment at Bia, we’ll definitely make it a regular spot for us!

Amazing meal at this new addition to the neighborhood! Great for vegetarians and omnivores alike. And our picky 8 y/o loved his crepes! Our server Cathy was awesome and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend!

What a great place, beautifully decorated and a large varied menu with perfectly prepared food. The mushroom bao buns and egg rolls were great. For dinner we had the monster delicious pork chop and duck breast. Both were perfect, very nice experience

A bustling place with a good atmosphere and delicious food. Appetizers (flatbread, egg rolls, bao buns, mushrooms) were all amazing. 4 of our party got the Stroganoff, and we were all very happy with that choice! Desserts (fried banana cheesecake, almond joy, apple cobbler) were all delicious and great portions. The place is a little pricey, but this is a cool and quality place.

Best food. Best service. Best atmosphere. This is the go to place in Chappaqua. Worth every penny. Service was top notch, Wild Elk Ragu was the best thing I have ever tasted. Was also excited to see that they had foie gras on the menu. If you have not been to BIA, you are missing out. Run don’t walk to get here!!!!!!!!!!!
