BIA’s atmosphere and aura is very different from your normal Westchester restaurant. The ambience, music, lighting, all of the above just set the right mood. I can go for a drink and a snack, or sit down for a 3 course meal. From the top of the menu to the bottom there is not one thing I would not recommend. If you haven’t tried this beautiful venue, or its sister restaurant Prime in Somers NY… then run don’t walk and make a reservation!! And BTW RILEY the bar tender is a sweet heart! Not to mention- she wasn’t just a friendly smile and our bartender- she makes killer drinks!!! And is a great time !!! Will be back !! Thanks BIA!

Our family is so happy that Bia came to town! We have been to the restaurant many times for brunch, lunch, and dinner and each time, the food is perfectly prepared and the service is impeccable. We just hosted our daughter’s first birthday in their back room, and our family and friends are still raving about the quality, atmosphere, and service. Thank you to the entire staff for helping us host an amazing party but also for your exceptional service every time we go in.

Beautifully designed place but only come here for lunch. Salads/spring rolls are good. If you come for dinner they won’t give you bread and if you ask they charge. Steak is expensive, but ridiculously small, undercooked, and impossible to cut. They brought out a member of my party’s dish cold. Waiter was also very inattentive

A wonderful dining experience for a celebratory family dinner. Bia American sparkles with a beautiful decor, delicious meals, and professional service. We will definitely return.

A little uppity for my typical dinner, both in terms of prices and crowd, but enjoyed it a lot. Had salad, soup, appetizers, wine - all excellent.

We were so excited to be going to a new restaurant in chappaqua. The restaurant is designed beautifully and has a great vibe to it This was a Friday night and it was very busy, which was great to see We had a great WAITRESS Casey, who attended to us very well The highlight of the meal where the spring rolls which were very good. The flatbreads were made on premade crust and were really not very good. The hamburger and halibut my friends were having looked good. But I was really disappointed that my steak was served cold and seemed tough for $55. Since I didn’t want to keep the whole party waiting for another steak, I just ordered a salad. Unfortunately, the wedge salad that they served was overdressed terribly, and it was almost inedible. The desserts were fair at best.

I would’ve expected the restaurant to given the salad free of charge or something to offset the disappointment with the steak. And when we mention something to the matre de on the way out, he Didn’t seem to moved by our experience.

So for ambience great, But for hospitality, you left me with a really poor opinion, and I would not go back. When we were with her planning a party there and decided against it after our experience

Atmosphere and hummus was good and it stops there! There was sumn just “off” with every dish (cold food, raw ingredients, burnt food, etc). Staff was lagging and its wasn’t packed (took 35 minutes just to get dessert out), and don’t critique a dish bc you will have numerous people visiting your table challenging your comment telling you “that it’s fresh”, “it’s one of our best sellers”, “it’s just your taste buds” and giving you the third degree as to why you didn’t like it-horrible customer service! Overpriced and definitely not worth it!!!

Really surprised at the amount of 4-5 stars review. Is this real? But yes, place is busy, people like it!
Gave them a second chance. They need a new chef who knows how to build flavors.
Great service and atmosphere, is this why people come in? I am really puzzled.
