Convient downtown spot. We got a parking spot steps away. Tables across the street look like they never get cleaned. Gross. That's the reason for the low rating.

I went to get coffee this morning and was taken care of by Isabella. She was GREAT! I would say this was the best Cafe Mocha I have had in a while. It was made with LOVE ❤️. I commend her for her service.

If you’re looking for an authentic “coffee-bar scene,” this Starbucks is one to check out.

Situated on a corner in the downtown hub, accessibility to the train station is ideal. Parking can be a tad scarce depending on the time of day and if you’re not into the small, narrow, and bustling vibe, this might not be the Starbucks for you.

Service was pleasant, but unremarkable. My Chai didn’t have a lot of flavor, but wasn’t “terrible.” And if you’re not in Westchester often, be mindful on the bans placed on unnecessary plastics like coffee stoppers and sleeves. Having known this, I would have brought my own cozy for my “extra-hot” drink.

If I’m in the area again, I’ll stop in for sheer accessibility.

This Starbucks has a great crew that makes it feel friendly and inviting. The line move fast and I'm not waiting long for my order. I've also never had an issue with any of my orders here.

The new official closing time is 7:00. But, according to the closing staff, it is 6:30. Around that time a person at the cash register (maybe a manager) repeats that they “close at 7:00” to everyone over and over. Once again, she starts saying this at 6:30. At this time, people start to clean up which makes sense as they are officially scheduled to close at when? 7:00 if I haven’t mentioned that. The part that doesn’t feel great, as a customer, is that they present as wanting you to leave around 6:45 in order that they can fully clean. They don’t tell customers to leave. Rather they tell them that they are, once again…”closing at 7:00.” These repeated hints basically tell customers that they are “in their way.” I don’t know of another Starbucks that do this. If the official closing time is 7:00, shouldn’t customers be allowed to be customers until 7:00?

Everyone who works here seems very distracted by their phones. The place wasn't the cleanest, my drink took too long because they weren't paying attention.

It is always my pleasure to come at this Starbucks location but I must say Jeremy gives a next level service. He is kind, personable, always calling me by my name (even though it is not easy to remember), great energy, can’t say enough…Thank you!

Nicest batista helped me take a moment of peace, after a long day. Great service with a smile.

It’s a Starbucks, so not much to say, but it’s a good example of the genre.

Not posting as a customer, posting as an ex-employee for any potential or new hires looking into this job. That location is infamous for it's insanely high turnover rate, they can't keep employees and for good reason. Firstly, the managers--while I was there--were AWFUL people. On my first day, another new hire told me he was quitting, specifically because of how mgmt treated us. He lasted A DAY. I tried to make it work, but because they won't schedule you beyond ~18 hours a week (remember, you're making $11/hr), I got a second job and informed mgmt I'd no longer have open availability. They fired me...for being an adult who can't survive on $800/mo.Apply to a different Starbucks. I mean, you'll be treated poorly there, too, just not as bad as this place.
