Employees are rude if you don’t give an undeserved tip
We waited 30 minutes for ONE cafe mocha. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I JUST WASTED SO MUCH OF MY LIFE WAITING FOR A COFFEE.
This is what customers see from the parking lot. One door leads to a dumpster and the other is employees entrance. A simple sign pointing to the right saying entrance that way is not hard. Don’t need to get an attitude and speak rudely
I picked up 7 beverages at this location today as you see in the photo they were placed into 3 separate 2 unit carriers and one loose How the hell is one person supposed to carry 6 hot coffees like this I asked for a larger carrier and was told Im sorry that all we have and the counter guy walks off to the back room It took me alot not to send the coffee behind him like a patriot missile I

Order ahead on app but the guy at the window makes your get back in line if they are not making drinks. It’s absolutely dumb

It's a fine Starbucks but man is it noisy. All hard surfaces. Enjoy your drinks outside if there is good weather

Came in at a really slow time. Four customers quietly working at the the tables. One car in the drive thru, 3 employees working. I stood at the register for a few minutes, one worker came by to grab something at the register in front of me. Absolutely no acknowledgement of my existence. Just needed a warm place to wait out an hour so i ordered on my app. Wow… probably the worst starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Next time I’ll just walk over to whole foods.

Staff always great. I love the drive thru option as a mom with kids in tow.
Place was my daily stop for a very long time. But things changed, and Starbucks is not what it used to be.

I visited this store on 8/8/23 and waited a little bit to leave this comment because I needed time to process what happened to me at this place. I walked in and there's a kind staff told me to wait patiently because they were busy. I totally understood.I waited for at least 5 minutes and no one came to me. That's okay- I know they were busy. However, a White man walked to the counter and tried to order as well. Less than a minute, another staff came to him and took his order "right away." I was shocked because I came first and waited there for a while. I felt very uncomfortable and said to that staff "I believe I was here first." He looked at me and said nothing- continued taking order from this White man. I felt extremely uncomfortable and this was not okay. I decided to leave this store without ordering and will never go back to this place.

The absolute worst place to get coffee. You can stand at the register all day long, nobody is there. Unless you're at the drive through or ordering online, nobody knows you exist. Buy local.
