I can’t believe my experience and the customer service here Kevin was rude and had a major staring problem it was if he didn’t want to be working there I’m very disappointed my service didn’t even give me a full scoop of steak I told him can you please give me some more and denied it I’m just beyond disappointed hire new people that want to be there please!

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
Never had sweetgreen and decided to order. I ordered the fish taco bowl and guess what it was missing - the fish. No salmon, and I’m not eating it. You guys are ridiculous

I met my daughter here for lunch. As always, she turns the old man onto awesome things in life. My first time here her hundredth time at various sweet greens !!!looking forward to my hundredth time!!!

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

I am appalled, My friend and I came for lunch from our hospital job as nurses. Not only the worker who was getting our salad together was being rude but I also found a worm in my salad moving around. I confronted the manager Diana and her response was we don’t use pesticides in our salad and my response was because you don’t use pesticides doesn’t mean you can’t wash your salads. I’m disgusted. It just goes to show who knows what they do to their other ingredients. Also, I don’t know what was going on to the worker because he was ringing us up than disregarded us and on top of that his coworker came to ring us up and afterwards the coworker who was charging us first came up to us saying our transactions didn’t go through once we finish eating we needed to proceed to pay, instead of asking his coworker “oh by any chance did you ring them up”. Very strange experience!! Im just going to say I’m not at fault you’re working at sweet greens. If you hate your job, quit it ! Never has this happened to me in other sweet greens. Save your money ! Disgusting and disgusted. This can get people really sick !!!! Who knows how many of those warms my friend and I, also who else was there and got the same salad ate !!!!

The online ordering has unfortunately gone down hill. I’ve had issues the last 3 times I’ve ordered online. First, the salads were nowhere to be found at the pick up, I waited and waited. Finally went to the front of the store to see where they were (bc no one was in the back area). They were just sitting up there.
Second time I ordered- same thing, salads no where to be found. Went to the front and they were still working on them about 15-20 minutes after placing the order (not a big deal, I waited). I got home and realized they forgot ingredients in the salads and no bread (which was ordered). Third time, today, 20 minutes after ordering, salads nowhere to be found. Went to the front, they sent me to the back again. Still no salads. Went to the front- the guy found the ticket (that was ordered now about 23 minutes prior) and they hadn’t even started on my salads yet. The guy making them felt bad and offered me extra protein on one of the salads. A nice gesture. Finally take the salads home- they shifted me 2”3
Worst sweet green ever. Very slow, lots of workers standing around. Nearly cracked my tooth on hard wild rice.
some of the best salad creations I've tasted so far. The Chicken Avocado Ranch and the Hummus + Focaccia complete a good meal for me. I miss the KBBQ salad though. highly recommended.
