a solitary youtube video lead me here, and to say I was heartbroken is beyond description. A homeless woman simply wanted a bit of water and it was caught on camera how she was treated. ice water/hot water, it will not kill your business to be kind. until the employee/manager saw he was being recorded, he treated that woman like absolute trash. do better.

Every time I go here, I wait for at least 15 minutes to be served. The staff is too interested in the online take out orders that are prepared right in front of you.. They are not warm or welcoming. The amount of chicken I received in my Harvest Bowl was unacceptable. For the amount I paid, it should have been at least 2 scoops, not one. I'm not impressed with Sweet Green. I'm highly disappointed. I will not be back.

I ordered two miso salmon bowls and this is what I received - two totally different bowls, one salmon split between the two, and one bowl of tiny portion. My son’s meal was missing apples.

Tried to reach the Torrance location but they have no legit phone#. Son got violently food poisoned after eating there last night. His stomach started hurting at night then threw up several times and got diarrhea thru the night and morning. He ate blackened chicken kale bowl, and didn't finish it as he found hair at the bottom of bowl. I had different kind. He has been in pain moaning all day. Why is it so hard to reach the restaurant? I couldn't leave home all day to take care of my son. Did anyone else get sick? There were only a few people there when we ate there. Someone sweetgreen need to do something. He might have to miss school tmrw because of this. He is still not better.

I don't usually write reviews but the Bedford NH location has terrible customer service. The manager is rude and unprofessional. Not only that but there's some bug on the website that altered our pick up time and then there was absolutely no way to contact the store to correct it so we had to go in person to fix the pick up time for an almost $160 order only for the customer service texting people to GASLIGHT us about the pick up time and tell us it can't be changed! 0/5 Stars don't bother going here.

I have been to this location a few times now. They never fill the bowl up with product. It’s quite a disappointment. SweetGreens in Santa Monica, California was great and this is a very frustrating small amount of food. I asked the person preparing the food for more lettuce and they refused to provide more. They also did not provide the bread.
