Expensive food. The salad and dressing combinations don't go together. Guacamole salad does not have guacamole in it. They don't have fresh drinks. Their small seats at the front are very slippery. Good concept but not executed well.

I used to love Sweetgreen, but it went downhill at both Westchester locations as far as service and stock go (they are always scrimping and always out of ingredients). Even worse, I was sick to my stomach all night after eating lunch at Chappaqua location. I'm so upset. It wasn't a relaxing evening for me. Hopefully today is much better. Anyway, that was the last straw for me.

Sweetgreen’s core values “add the sweet touch” doesn’t apply here. Rude help- and out of key ingredients at lunch time (avocado/kale). Garbage overflowing and lack of toilet paper in bathroom. Employees giving sass and evil eyes.

I went to sweetgreen for the first time a few months ago and was really intimidated as I have never been there before and can be a bit particular. Stefon helped me that day and is a huge reason why I have come to love sweetgreen. He took the time to explain the ingredients and options for a custom bowl, showed me the board where all ingredients are listed and from where they are sourced, and made me one of my favorite grab and go meals of my life. Every time I visit this location he is personable, friendly, and informative. The food is always fresh and delicious but Stefons customer service is a huge part of why I come here regularly. When I came in yesterday he made sure to mention sweetgreens new rewards program and encourage me to sign up. This kind of experience is hard to find these days but you can tell he is passionate about his work and cares about his consumers experience.

Veggies and protein are fresh and tastes delicious, I actually enjoy the seasonal chipotle chicken bowl and my most recent go to is the super green goodness salad. Do recommend ordering on the app for a discount.
